Rafael Inchauspe Méndez, known as Rafael de Nogales Méndez (October 14, 1877 in San Cristóbal, Táchira – July 10, 1937 in Panama City) was a Venezuelan soldier, adventurer and writer who served the Ottoman Empire during the Great War (1914–18). He travelled extensively and fought in many of the wars of his age.

He was the mayor of Ciudad Victoria from 2001 to 2004 and Governor of the state of Tamaulipas from 2004 to 2010, and was also federal deputy in 2000 and coordinator of the Financial Committee of Tomas Yarrington during his campaign. On May 27, 2015, he was indicted on charges of money laundering alongside his brother-in-law Oscar Gomez Guerra by the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ).

Xóchitl Guadalupe Hamada Villarreal (ソーチル・グアダルーペ・ハマダ・ビジャレアル, Sōchiru Guadarūpe Hamada Bijarearu, ring name: ソチ浜田; born May 1, 1970) is a Mexican semi-retired Luchadora or professional wrestler. She is the daughter of professional wrestler Gran Hamada, the sister of wrestler Ayako Hamada and the sister-in-law of Tiger Mask IV. Hamada was once married to Mexican wrestler Silver King and is currently married to Mexican wrestler Pentagon Black. Hamada has worked for most of her professional wrestling career in Mexico, making occasional appearances in her father's home country of Japan. Xóchitl Hamada has worked for Mexico's two largest wrestling companies, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). She's held the CMLL World Women's Championship and she was the first AAA Reina de Reinas (Spanish for "Queen of Queens").

Ursula Sarahí González Zárate (born November 22, 1991, in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas) is a Mexican sabre fencer. She won a silver medal, as a member of the host nation's fencing team, in the same weapon at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.Gonzalez represented Mexico at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where she competed in the women's individual sabre event. Unfortunately, she lost the first preliminary round match to South Korea's Kim Ji-Yeon, who eventually won a gold medal in the final, with a final score of 3–15.She competed in the individual and team sabre events at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She finished in 31st place in the individual event and Mexico finished in 7th in the team event.

Rockdrigo_González

Rodrigo González, (25 December 1950 – 19 September 1985), better known as Rockdrigo or El profeta del nopal ("The Nopal Prophet"), was a Mexican singer-songwriter. He died at age 35 with his girlfriend, Francoise Bardinet, when the apartment building in which he was living collapsed in the Mexico City earthquake of 19 September 1985. His early death made him a legend in Mexican rock.

Benjamín Galván Gómez (10 June 1972 – 28 February 2014) was a Mexican businessman and politician of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He was the mayor of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, from 1 January 2011 to 30 September 2013. His political projects focused on promoting education, improving the standards of living, and in bringing back a sense of public security to the citizens of the city. He also owned the newspapers Primera Hora and Última Hora. During his mayoral administration in Nuevo Laredo, Galván received numerous threats from organized crime. Five months after his term, he was kidnapped and killed by alleged members of the Los Zetas crime syndicate.
