Billy Gene Mills (born November 19, 1929) is a retired Los Angeles Superior Court judge and a former Los Angeles City Council member, serving from 1963 to 1974. He was one of the first three African-Americans elected to the council.

He served in the California State Assembly from 1969 to 1974 and as a California State Senator from 1974 to 1982. He was a Democrat. He attended Los Angeles Schools, East Los Angeles Junior College, UCLA, and Southern California College of Business. He married Blanche Alvarez in 1948; his children are Alex, Jr., twins Daniel and Thomas, Cecilia and Catherine. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs (October 1974 – June 1976) and Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs (June 1976–January 1977) under then-Secretary of State Henry Kissinger in the administration of President Gerald Ford. He was amongst the founding members in 1982, and from 2004 until his death was vice chairman, of Kissinger's consulting firm Kissinger Associates.In the 1950s, Rogers joined the law firm of Arnold, Fortas, & Porter (now Arnold & Porter) and was involved in the successful legal defense of Owen Lattimore, the scholar of East Asia accused of being a key Soviet spy.

He was the Minister of Consumer Affairs from 2020 to 2023. He has been a member of the Communist Party of Spain (PCE) and United Left (Izquierda Unida, IU) since 2003. In the 2011 general election, he was elected as an MP within that coalition. He has been the Secretary of Constituent Process in IU from 2014 to 2016, and in 2015, he was elected as an IU candidate for that year's general election. He is a researcher at Pablo de Olavide University in Seville.

She was previously the leader of the regional branch of the party in Catalonia. In March 2020, she was voted party leader.Arrimadas was born and raised in Jerez de la Frontera. Before entering in politics she worked as a consultant. She became a member of the party in 2011 and she first started being the spokesperson of the youth section. She became an MP of the Catalan parliament after the 2012 election. She was the Leader of the Opposition in the Catalan Parliament from 2015 to 2019.
