Lise Barbra Skappel Fjeldstad (born 17 June 1939) is a Norwegian actress, and daughter of the conductor and violinist Øivin Fjeldstad. A graduate of the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 1963, she started working at Det Norske Teatret (the Norwegian Theater) immediately afterward. In 1975 she was hired by the National Theatre, where she has acted in roles such as "Blanche Dubois" in Tennessee Williams's A Streetcar Named Desire, and "Agnes" in Henrik Ibsens Brand. She won the Amanda – the main Norwegian film award – for best actress for her role in Dødsdansen in 1991. She has two children with her partner, actor Per Sunderland. She is married to Gordon Braddy.In 1982 at the 18th Guldbagge Awards she shared the award Best Actress with Sunniva Lindekleiv and Rønnaug Alten for their roles in Little Ida.In 1993 she was made a Knight, First Class, of the Royal Norwegian Order of St. Olav. She was awarded the Ibsen Centennial Commemoration Award and the Herman Wildenvey Poetry Award in 2006.

Kjersti Holmen (8 February 1956 – 26 September 2021) was a Norwegian actress.
She was born on Nøtterøy, and later moved to Alnabru, where she grew up with her parents and two sisters. She graduated from the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 1980, and was employed at the National Theatre since 1981 – permanently since 1992. There she had roles such as "Eliza Doolittle" in George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion, the title role in Henrik Ibsen's Hedda Gabler and "Blanche" in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire.Holmen was also a well-known television and film actress, and had her break-through on the big screen in the 1985 film Orions belte. She won the Amanda – the main Norwegian film award – twice: in 1993 for her role in Telegrafisten, and in 2000 for the two films S.O.S. and Sophie's World. In television she was known from the Norwegian/Swedish collaboration "Röd snö" – aired the same year as Orions belte came out – as well as several other roles.Holmen lived with actor Sverre Anker Ousdal, and had two sons from a previous relationship with actor Reidar Sørensen.Holmen died at Økernhjemmet on 26 September 2021, after a long illness.

Gudrun Waadeland (3 August 1937 - 8 October 2020) was a Norwegian actress and theatre director.

Merete Skavlan (25 July 1920 – 2 November 2018) was a Norwegian actress, theater instructor and director.
She was born in Kristiania as a daughter of newspaper editor and theatre director Einar Skavlan and music educator Margrethe Bartholdy. She was a granddaughter of literary historian Olaf Skavlan.She was involved in resistance work during World War II, and joined the unofficial "Stanislavskij Group" in 1943. The members of this group founded Studioteatret, and she made her debut at Studioteatret's first performance in 1945, in a translation of Wilder's play The Long Christmas Dinner. She continued to play for Studioteatret until 1950.Her acting career continued at Det Nye Teater, where she played from 1950 to 1952, at Folketeatret from 1952 to 1959, and at Oslo Nye Teater from 1959 to 1967. During the 1960s she also played for Fjernsynsteatret, with roles such as Angustias in an adaptation of García Lorca's The House of Bernarda Alba, and as Missis Smith in Ionesco's The Bald Soprano.She started working as a theatre instructor, and has participated on productions at Riksteatret, the National Theatre, Det Norske Teatret and Fjernsynsteatret. Her debut as producer was an adaptation for television of Baroness Emma Orczy's novel The Scarlet Pimpernel, for Fjernsynsteatret in 1968. Her debut as stage producer was an adaptation of Bill Naughton's play Spring and Port Wine, for Det Norske Teatret in 1969. She also lectured at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre.From 1984 to 1990 she was employed at the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation as head of Radioteatret. She started the independent theatre group Intimteatret in 1991, together with Gerhard Knoop.Skavlan was also a board member of Dagbladet from 1960 to 1974, and subsequently sat on the supervisory council. She died in November 2018 at the age of 98.

Astrid Borgny Folstad (31 May 1932 – 21 January 2009) was a Norwegian actress.
She was educated at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre from 1953 to 1956. She made her debut at the National Theatre in 1955, and was employed at Det Norske Teatret from 1956 to 1959 and at the National Theatre from 1959. She had ninety parts in total before retiring in 2003. She also appeared in several films and television series, including Kristin Lavransdatter. From 1970 to 1986 she was a teacher at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre.She was married to fellow actor Knut Risan. She resided at Høvik.

Elisabeth Jeremiassen Gording (2 October 1907 – 29 October 2001) was a Norwegian actress.

Inga Kristine "Nanna" Stenersen (January 26, 1914 – June 22, 1977) was a Norwegian actress.
Stenersen was born in Oslo, the daughter of the artillery captain Fredrik Christian Krohg Stenersen (1877–1965) and Regine née Johansen (1878–?). She debuted in 1933 at the Carl Johan Theater (Carl Johan Teatret) and later worked for the Central Theater and Oslo New Theater. Stenersen performed in revues, comedies, and operettas. She also appeared as a wise judge of human character in more serious roles, but she is best remembered for her appearances in Norwegian films. She died in Oslo in 1977.

Barbra Karine "Bab" Christensen (8 January 1928 – 10 April 2017) was a Norwegian actress.
She was born in Kristiania as a daughter of actors Gerda Ring and Halfdan Christensen and younger sister of actor Pelle Christensen. She made her stage debut in 1947 at the National Theatre, and was employed at Den Nationale Scene from 1949, the National Theatre from 1952, Trøndelag Teater from 1963, Fjernsynsteatret from and Det Norske Teatret from 1970. She appeared in a small number of films.She was married to Lasse Kolstad (1922–2012). She was a sister-in-law of Henki Kolstad and Knut Kolstad.
Christensen died on 10 April 2017 in Oslo, aged 89.

Unn Goggi "Lill" Egede-Nissen (November 20, 1909 – January 20, 1962) was a Norwegian actress. She was married to the actor Hans Stormoen from 1943 to 1950, and she was the mother of the musician and philologist Hans Marius Stormoen. Egede-Nissen debuted at the National Theater in Bergen in 1932. She was engaged there until 1943, and she later performed at the Bjørnevik Theater and Trøndelag Theater.Egede-Nissen made her debut in the comedy Patsy. Her later roles included Gretchen in Faust, Mrs. Elvsted in Hedda Gabler, Kathinka Stordal in the play Kranes konditori, and Tale in Medmenneske. She played the title role in Anne Pedersdotter on NRK's radio theater.
Lill Egede-Nissen was the daughter of the Communist Party of Norway leader Adam Egede-Nissen and Goggi Egede-Nissen. She was the sister of the actors and actresses Aud Egede-Nissen, Gerd Grieg, Ada Kramm, Oscar Egede-Nissen, Stig Egede-Nissen, and Gøril Havrevold.

Ella Hval (born Ella Signe Quist Kristoffersen) (7 January 1904 – 17 December 1994) was a Norwegian actress. She was principally a stage actress and was also an instructor and teacher at the Nationaltheatret student school.
