Petter Næss (born 14 March 1960 in Oslo, Norway) is a Norwegian actor and film director. His first film as a director was the comedy Absolutt blåmandag in 1999. Næss is best known for his work directing two of the three films about Ingvar Ambjørnsen's Elling character, Elling (2000), which was nominated for the foreign language film Oscar and Elsk meg i morgen (Love Me Tomorrow), (2005), in addition to Bare Bea (2003), Mozart and the Whale (2005) and Hoppet (The Jump, 2007) in Sweden. In 2008, Næss portrayed the war hero Martin Linge in the movie Max Manus.
He has primarily occupied himself in the world of plays and revues, both as a scriptwriter, director and actor. Since 1997, he has been employed as a director at Oslo Nye Teater, and was, among other plays, responsible for the critically acclaimed stage version of Elling and Kjell Bjarne.

Per Christian Ellefsen (born 14 February 1954) is a Norwegian actor, mostly known from his roles in Elling and Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale.He became a star in Norway because of his title role of Elling (2001) after more than 20 years as a leading stage actor.

Nils Henning Vogt (born (1948-04-29)April 29, 1948) is a Norwegian actor who is best known for some of his comedy roles, particularly as the temperamental small business owner Karl Reverud in the sit-coms Mot i brøstet (which he also directed) from 1993 to 1997, Karl & Co from 1998 to 2001 and Karl III in 2009. Vogt has also played in several theatrical roles, including musical comedy. Vogt started acting Arnfinn Lycke in the TV 2 soap opera Hotel Cæsar in January 2011.

Tom Mathisen (born 14 August 1952) is a Norwegian comedian, actor, screenwriter and musician. He usually handles bass, guitar and vocals. He was in the comedy group Prima Vera from 1976 to 1983 along with Jahn Teigen and Herodes Falsk. Later he continued to work with Herodes Falsk on many TV shows and records. He is also known as "Fortelleren" (The Narrator) in the Brødrene Dal series.

Sven Audun Nordin (born 6 February 1957) is a Norwegian actor. He was hired by Oslo Nye Teater in the autumn of 1981 and had his debut in the play "Vikinger" by Johan Borgen. He is best known for his roles as Nils in the situation comedy Mot i brøstet and Kjell Bjarne in the Academy Award–nominated film Elling.

Øivind Blunck (28 December 1950) is a Norwegian comedian and actor.He is best known for his numerous performances with the Norwegian Theatre, and for playing the eccentric, moped-driving ladies' man "Fridtjof", living in Enebakk. Another memorable character is Reidar, a teen growing up in the late 1980s heavily fascinated by British pop culture such as Sky Channel, Pat Sharp and Samantha Fox. Blunck also originated the part of Thénardier in the Norwegian version of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg's musical Les Misérables in 1988 in Oslo. His performance of the character's only solo in the musical - "Dog Eats Dog" is featured in the Stage by Stage documentary accompanying the DVD versions of the musical. He has also reappeared several times in Olsenbanden as "Holm", the aide of superintendent "Hermansen", played by Sverre Wilberg.
Blunck was married to actress Guri Schanke. They lived in Oslo.

Linn Sem Stokke (born 18 September 1961) is a Norwegian actress, author, singer and composer.
She is the daughter of Ingebjørg Sem and Tor Stokke, both actors. She had her début at the National Theatre as a child, in 1975, and has since acted in over 25 productions there. Stokke became known to a national audience at a young age, in the role of the daughter in the sitcom Hjemme hos oss in 1980. She has also worked in international productions, such as Mio min Mio (1987) and the Swedish Om kärlek (1987) See UTUBE In 2006 Stokke released her first album, Unfolding, described as "jazz-inspired singer/songwriter-pop with more than a little hint of new age." In 2007 she was asked to compose and perform the signature melody for "Symposia 07 and the silent prayer for the earth"

She has also written two books: Tanker fra en sorg (Thoughts from a grief) – a collection of poems – and the children's book Trollet Trym og den hemmelige farven, which has also been translated to Japanese. In 2006 the book was reprinted by GyldendalGood books. The book has also been filmed for television. Linn lived for seven years with the actor Hans Ola Sørlie, who died in a car accident in 1988. She is currently married to the entrepreneur Atle Brynestad, and in 1997 quit her job at the National Theatre to "set her self free", as she said. Stokke has two children with her first husband, and two with her second.

Kai Remlov (born December 30, 1946) is a Norwegian actor. He has been engaged with the National Theater in Oslo since 1973, including at its Torshov Theater.He has played over a hundred characters. He played the main role of Roland Marco in NRK's science fiction series Ta den ring from 1982. He has also played Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, Professor Turman in Geografi og Kærlighed (Geography and Love), John in Oleanna, Hjalmar Ekdahl in The Wild Duck, Dec in Gaucho, and Golaud in Pelléas and Mélisande.Remlov also played Elias Rukla in the one-man performance Genanse og verdighet (Reconciliation and Dignity) for three seasons starting in the fall of 2000. For this interpretation, he received the Scandinavian National Theater Award. He was named Audiobook Voice of the Year in 2002, and he received the Per Aabel Honorary Award in 2007. He also played Santa in the series Jul på Månetoppen (Christmas at the Top of the Moon).
Kai Remlov is the elder brother of the actor and theater director Tom Remlov.

Ingar Helge Gimle (born 28 September 1956) is a Norwegian actor. Born in Oslo, he made his stage debut at Trøndelag Teater in 1985. He was employed at Oslo Nye Teater from 1989 and at the National Theatre of Norway from 1996.For his stage work, he won a Komiprisen in 2009 and a Hedda Award in 2013. For the screen, he has won Amanda Awards in 1999, 2010, and 2018.
