Martin Malvy (born 24 February 1936) is a French politician of the Socialist Party.In 1992, Malvy was the spokesmen of the French government. Between 1992 and 1993, he served as Minister of Budget. He later served as president of the Région Midi-Pyrénées between 1998 and 2015.
In the Socialist Party's 2011 primaries, Malvy endorsed Martine Aubry as the party's candidate for the 2012 presidential election.

Georges Gorse (15 February 1915 – 17 March 2002) was a French politician and diplomat.
Born in Cahors, he qualified in 1939 as a professor at the University of Cairo. During World War II he joined Charles de Gaulle and the Free French as Director of Information, served on the Provisional Consultative Assembly.
After the war he was elected to represent the Vendée in the French National Assembly from 1946 to 1951, and then the Section Française de l'Internationale Ouvrière (SFIO) from 1951 onwards. 2008 and president of the Assembly of the Departments of France since 2015.He was Secretary of State for Transport within the government of François Fillon. Appointed to the post on 18 May 2007, he was previously Minister of Agriculture (2004–2007), Minister-Delegate for Aviation and Maritime Affairs (2002–2004) and Minister-Delegate for Budgets (2004).
Jacques Brunhes (7 October 1934 – 30 September 2020) was a French politician. A member of the French Communist Party, he served Hauts-de-Seine in the National Assembly from 1978 to 1986. Brunhes returned to the National Assembly in 1988, and served until 2001, when he was appointed Minister of Tourism. His tenure as government minister ended in 2002, and he was reelected a deputy until 2007.

He is a member of the Union for French Democracy, which is part of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Development. He was president of the center-right Parti radical valoisien from 1997 to 1999.
