William Horton Sr. (December 18, 1909 – June 26, 1973) was an American sailor. He competed in the Dragon event at the 1952 Summer Olympics.

Ingrid Bellemans (born 19 February 1967) is a Belgian former sailor. She competed in the Europe event at the 1996 Summer Olympics.

Henri Jules Valton (11 May 1867 – 6 August 1941) was a French sailor who competed in the 1900 Summer Olympics in Meulan, France. With Jacques Baudrier as helmsman and fellow crewmember William Martin, Félix Marcotte and Jean Le Bret Valton took the 2nd place in first race of the .5 to 1 ton and finished 3rd in the second race.

André Nelis (29 October 1935 – 9 December 2012) was a sailor and Olympian. He was born in Borgerhout, Belgium. He sailed in the Finn dinghy class, and won a silver medal at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne and bronze at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. Competing in the Finn Gold Cup, Nelis won in 1956 and 1961; finished second in 1958, 1959, and 1960; and came third in 1957 and 1962.

Jonathan Lobert (born 30 April 1985 at Metz) is a French sailor. He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's Finn class, where he obtained the bronze medal.

Donatien Bouché (May 10, 1882–1965) was a French sailor who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
In 1928 he was a crew member of the French boat l'Aile VI which won the gold medal in the 8 metre class.

Paul Eugène Célestin Perquer (3 October 1859 in Le Havre - 7 January 1914 in Barneville-la-Bertran) was a French sailor who competed in the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. Perquer took the gold in the 10 to 20 ton.

François Alexandre Émile Billard (5 April 1852 – 29 June 1930) was a French sailor who competed in the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. Billard took the gold in the 10 to 20 ton.
