Germán Ignacio Riesco Errázuriz (1888 – November 11, 1958) was a Chilean political figure, who served several times as minister between 1919 and 1950. He was of Basque descent and a member of the influential Errázuriz family.
He was born in Santiago in 1888, the son of President Germán Riesco and of First Lady María Errázuriz Echaurren. He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile on April 21, 1910. He was Minister of War and Navy of President Juan Luis Sanfuentes between 1919 and 1920; and Minister of Foreign Affairs between 1948 and 1950, under President Gabriel González Videla. He married Rosa Barceló Pinto but they had no children.

Emiliano Mercado del Toro (August 21, 1891 – January 24, 2007) was a Puerto Rican supercentenarian and military veteran who was, at age 115, the world's oldest person following the death of 116-year-old Elizabeth Bolden on December 11, 2006, and the world's oldest man from November 19, 2004 (death of Fred H. Hale, Sr.) until his own death on January 24, 2007.At the time of his death in January 2007, aged 115 years and 156 days, Mercado was the second oldest fully validated male ever, behind Danish-American Christian Mortensen's record of 115 years 252 days. (Although Shigechiyo Izumi was still believed to be older at the time of his death. Izumi's record was withdrawn by Guinness World Records in 2010.)

Larry Strickland (September 3, 1931 – August 29, 1979) was an American football center for six seasons between 1954 and 1959 for the Chicago Bears, a one-time Pro Bowler and one-time first-team All-Pro.
Strickland was born in Tyler, Texas. He was selected by the Bears in the 13th round (150th overall) of the 1953 NFL Draft. He was survived by his wife Betty Strickland, and he had no children.

Mildred Fay Jefferson (April 6, 1927 – October 15, 2010) was an American physician and anti-abortion political activist. The first black woman to graduate from Harvard Medical School, the first woman to graduate in surgery from Harvard Medical School and the first woman to become a member of the Boston Surgical Society, she is known for her opposition to the legalization of abortion and her work as president of the National Right to Life Committee.
