Maryan Hary (born 27 May 1980 in Le Mans) is a French professional road bicycle racer.

Patrice Halgand (born 2 March 1974, in St-Nazaire) is a French former professional road racing cyclist. He was one of only three Festina team riders who were named as clean during the Festina doping scandal during the 1998 Tour de France.
Halgand announced his retirement on 28 December 2008.

Stéphane Goubert (born 13 March 1970) is a French retired professional road bicycle racer. He finished in the top 20 of the Tour de France 3 times, with his highest finish being 16th in 2009, but he never managed to claim an individual win. He currently works for Decathlon–AG2R La Mondiale as an Assistant Sports Director.
Goubert was sports director at the 2020 Vuelta a España. In 2007 Goubert placed the highest out of all french riders in the 2007 Tour de France and 2007 Vuelta a España.

Jean-Marie Goasmat (28 March 1913 in Camors — 21 January 2006 in Vannes) was a French professional road bicycle racer. Jean-Marie Goasmat was a brother of cyclist Joseph Goasmat.

Jean-Louis Gauthier (22 December 1955 – 11 July 2014) was a French professional road bicycle racer. He was professional from 1977 to 1987 and won 2 victories. He won a stage in the 1980 Tour de France and wore the yellow jersey as leader of the general classification for one day in the 1983 Tour de France.

Andy Flickinger (born 4 November 1978 in Saint-Martin-d'Hères) is a former French professional road bicycle racer. He won the GP Ouest-France in 2003.

Frédéric Finot (born 20 March 1977 in Nevers) is a French former road cyclist. He was professional 1999 to 2008.

Jean-Philippe Dojwa (born 7 August 1967 in Elbeuf) is a French former cyclist. He finished fifteenth in the 1993 Tour de France.

Maurice De Muer (4 October 1921 – 4 March 2012) was a French cyclist who rode as a professional between 1943 and 1951 and later became a cycling team manager.He won Paris–Camembert in 1944 and finished second in the 1946 edition of Paris–Nice. He also rode in the 1947 and 1948 Tour de France.De Muer is mostly remembered as a cycling team manager. He started by supporting a small team, Pelforth-Wild-Lejeune, recruiting aggressive riders. This team was allowed to participate in the Tour de France in 1963. He became noticed as a sports director when in 1964 one of his cyclists Georges Groussard wore the yellow jersey for 10 days. He then led the team Bic (1969-1974) with which he led the fiery Luis Ocaña to victory in the Tour de France in 1973. He managed the Peugeot cycling team from 1975 to 1982.

Pierre Cloarec (14 March 1909 – 7 December 1994) was a French professional road bicycle racer. During his career, he won two stages in the Tour de France.
