Robert Boulin (20 July 1920 – 30 October 1979) was a French politician who served as Minister of Labour in the French Cabinet and was at the centre of a major real-estate scandal that ended only with his death in mysterious circumstances. At the time of his death he was the longest serving minister in post-revolution French history; only Louis XIV's Colbert served longer.

Michael May (born 18 August 1934 in Stuttgart, Germany) is a former racing driver and engineer from Switzerland. He participated in three Formula One World Championship Grands Prix, debuting on 14 May 1961. He scored no championship points.
After a crash during practice for the 1961 German Grand Prix, May concentrated on engineering, helping to develop a fuel injection system for Porsche and Ferrari.
May is generally credited with introducing the first manipulated elevated wing onto a racing car - a Porsche 550 Spyder- to produce downforce (or down thrust) for enhanced braking and cornering speeds to reduce lap times. The modified 550 was entered by May and his brother Pierre in the 1956 1000km of Nürburgring. During qualifying, the car lapped the circuit four seconds faster than the Porsche factory team 550s. However, race organizers disqualified the car following a complaint by Porsche racing director Huschke von Hanstein. The wing was removed for the remainder of the car's racing career.He also worked in designing high-compression engines, improving fuel economy among other things. The most notable example was his reworked 'Fireball' head for the 'high-efficiency' high-compression Jaguar V-12 HE engine.
André Rossi (16 May 1921, Menton – 22 August 1994, Paris) was a French politician. He was France's Minister of Foreign Trade from 25 August 1976 to 31 March 1978, Mayor of Château-Thierry of 1971 to 1989, and Deputy of Aisne from 1958 to 1981, and 1986 to 1994, then Secretary of State, government spokesman from 28 May 1974 to 25 August 1976, before becoming Minister of the Foreign trade.
He was a member of Republican Centre, then a vice-president of Radical Party Valoisien. After his death in 1994, his substitute, Renaud Dutreil succeeded him as deputy.
Pedro Carlos Aspe Armella (born on (1950-07-07)7 July 1950 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican economist. He served as secretary of finance (1988 – 1994) in the cabinet of Carlos Salinas de Gortari, where he successfully renegotiated foreign debt, gave autonomy to the central bank and promoted a controversial privatization plan.
Aspe Armella is the son of Pedro Aspe Sais, a lecturer at Escuela Libre de Derecho and former director of El Palacio de Hierro, and Virginia Armella Maza. His great-grandfather was a federal deputy in the early years of the 20th century and his grandfather coordinated the Mexican diplomatic service in the Álvaro Obregón administration.He undertook his basic studies at private schools managed by the Society of Jesus and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the ITAM and a doctorate in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) since 1980 and has been awarded the Order of the Phoenix by the government of Greece (1986).Before joining the cabinet of President Salinas, Aspe Armella chaired the department of economics at the ITAM; served as the founding president of the National Institute of Statistics, Geography and Informatics (INEGI, 1982 – 1985); worked as Undersecretary of Planning (1985 – 1987) and headed the Budget and Planning Secretariat in the cabinet of Miguel de la Madrid.He has also authored The Analysis of Household Composition and Economics of Scale in Consumption (1976), L'impresa nell economia aperta in presenza di incertezza (1978) and Financial Policies and the World Capital Market: The Problem of Latin American Countries (1983).Aspe is married to historian Concepción Bernal Verea, a daughter of notable anthropologist and diplomat Ignacio Bernal; and has two daughters and two sons. He is the current CEO of Protego, S.A., a consulting company based in Mexico City with offices in Monterrey, and a member of the board of the American International Group (AIG), McGraw-Hill and its subsidiary Standard & Poor's.
In November 2017 an investigation conducted by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalism cited his name in the list of politicians named in "Paradise Papers" allegations.
Alexander John ("Jack") Mackenzie Stuart, Baron Mackenzie-Stuart (18 November 1924 – 1 April 2000) was a Scottish advocate and judge. He was the first judge from a United Kingdom jurisdiction to sit on the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, later becoming its president.
