He received many medals and decorations, including the Distinguished Service Cross, the Legion of Merit, the Silver Star, the Purple Heart, the Belgian fourragère, and the French Legion of Honour.

Nanna_Stenersen

Inga Kristine "Nanna" Stenersen (January 26, 1914 – June 22, 1977) was a Norwegian actress.
Stenersen was born in Oslo, the daughter of the artillery captain Fredrik Christian Krohg Stenersen (1877–1965) and Regine née Johansen (1878–?). She debuted in 1933 at the Carl Johan Theater (Carl Johan Teatret) and later worked for the Central Theater and Oslo New Theater. Stenersen performed in revues, comedies, and operettas. She also appeared as a wise judge of human character in more serious roles, but she is best remembered for her appearances in Norwegian films. She died in Oslo in 1977.

He lived and worked in the Netherlands, the United States, and Mexico. Museum de Oude Wolden in the village of Bellingwolde has a permanent exhibition of his paintings.

Khalid Lachheb (born 16 January 1975) is a retired pole vaulter from France.
He set his personal best (5.80 metres) on 25 August 1998 at a meet in Lausanne. He has a twin brother, Taoufik Lachheb, who is also a former pole vaulter (personal best at 5.72 metres). They were both students at Polytechnique (Paris, France), a well-known institution for engineering.
