Marie-José Pérec (born 9 May 1968) is a retired French track and field sprinter who specialised in the 200 and 400 metres and is a three-time Olympic gold medalist.

Corinne Niogret (born 20 November 1972, in Nantua, Ain) is a former French biathlete. She won 2 Olympic medals and 15 medals in the Biathlon World Championships. In 1999/2000 she finished 3rd in the overall World Cup, and she has a total of 8 victories in World Cup races.

Philippe Ermenault (born 29 April 1969) is a French former track cyclist. Ermenault was twice world champion in individual pursuit and Olympic champion as part of the France team in the team pursuit. He is the father of racing cyclist Corentin Ermenault.

Jean-Claude Killy (born 30 August 1943) is a French former World Cup alpine ski racer. He dominated the sport in the late 1960s, and was a triple Olympic champion, winning the three alpine events at the 1968 Winter Olympics, becoming the most successful athlete there. He also won the first two World Cup titles, in 1967 and 1968.

Earvin N'Gapeth (born 12 February 1991) is a French professional volleyball player, member of the France national volleyball team and Italian club Modena Volley, 2015 European Champion, gold medallist of the World League (2015 and 2017), French Champion (2010), Italian Champion (2016), and Olympic Champion (2020).

Henri Joseph Marcel Gilardoni (28 January 1876 – 21 May 1937) was a French sailor who competed in the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. Gilardoni took the gold in the 1st race of the 3 to 10 ton.

Louis Albert Auguste-Dormeuil (25 August 1868 in Croissy-sur-Seine – 8 October 1951 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye) was a French sailor who represented his country at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Meulan, France.

Marie Léon Flameng (30 April 1877 – 2 January 1917) was a French cyclist and a World War I pilot. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens, winning three medals including one gold.

Steven Da Costa, sometimes written as Steven Dacosta (born 23 January 1997) is a French karateka. He won the gold medal in the men's 67 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. He is a three-time gold medalist in the men's 67 kg event at the World Karate Championships (2018, 2021 and 2023). He is also a three-time gold medalist in this event at the European Karate Championships (2016, 2019 and 2023).

Axel Clerget (born 28 February 1987) is a French judoka. He is the 2017 European silver medalist in the ‍–‍90 kg division.
