Marcel Gobillot (3 January 1900 – 12 January 1981) was a French cyclist who competed in the road race at the 1920 Summer Olympics. He finished 14th individually and won a gold medal with the French time trial team. He placed ninth at the 1921 UCI Road World Championships.
In 1922 he turned professional and rode the 1926 Tour de France. He retired in 1931.

Henry George (18 February 1891 – 6 January 1976) was a Belgian track cycling racer who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics.During the First World War, Henry George served in the Belgian army and was part of the Belgian Expeditionary Corps in Russia, fighting on the Eastern Front along with Imperial Russian forces.In 1920 George won the gold medal in the 50 kilometres competition.

Émile Joseph Demangel (20 June 1882 – 11 October 1968) was a French amateur track cyclist who competed in several sprint events at the 1906 Intercalated Games and 1908 Summer Olympics. In 1906 he finished fourth in the 5,000 m and 333⅓ m time trial events. At the 1908 Games he served as the flag bearer for the French delegation, won a silver medal in the 660 yards sprint, and placed fifth in the 1,980 yards team pursuit. The same year he set a world record in the paced 500 metre time trial and won a bronze medal in the sprint at the world championships. A street in Xertigny, where he died in 1968, is named for him.

Anne-Caroline Chausson (born 8 October 1977 in Paris) is a French professional cyclist who competes in bicycle enduro, bicycle motocross (BMX), downhill time trial and cross-country mass start, dual, and four-cross mountain bicycle racing. She is best known for having won thirteen Union Cycliste Internationale senior mountain bike world championship rainbow jerseys, fourteen European mountain bike championships, and five consecutive Mountain Bike World Cup downhill series (1998-2002). She was nominated for the 2003 Laureus World Sports Awards Alternative Sportsperson of the Year. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, Chausson competed for France in the inaugural women's BMX event, winning the gold medal.

Eugène Louis Bastien (26 October 1881 in Paris– 13 August 1963) was a French racing cyclist and fencer who competed in the late 19th century and early 20th century. He participated in Cycling at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris and won the gold medal in the men's 25 kilometre race. He also competed in the individual épée event at the same games.

Fritz Schallwig (1890-1960) was a champion German cyclist.

Jean "Bim" Diederich (20 February 1922 – 6 December 2012) was a professional Luxembourgian road bicycle racer, with an impressive record in the Tour de France.
Diederich was born in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, and was active in competition from 1946 to 1954. He finished sixth in the road race at the 1947 Road World Championships. He had fourteen wins, including stage wins in the 1950 Tour de France (finishing in Menton), the 1951 Tour de France (from Reims to Ghent, leading the race solo over the Muur van Geraardsbergen before crossing the finish line, earning the nickname "Le Duc de Grammont" or "the Duke of Geraardsbergen"), and the 1952 Tour de France (into Namur). He wore the yellow jersey as leader of the general classification for three days during the 1951 Tour.He was the father-in-law of cyclist Lucien Didier, and the grandfather of cyclist Laurent Didier.
