Tania_Pariona_Tarqui

Tania Pariona Tarqui (born 1984) is a Quechua leader, social worker, politician and human rights activist who represented the Department of Ayacucho in the Congress of the Republic of Peru. As an activist, she works largely to establish social equality for the Indigenous, youth and women. In 2016, she was elected to the Peruvian Congress by the Broad Front for Justice, Life and Freedom. In September 2017, she joined the New Peru bloc. On 15 August 2018, she became president of the Women and Family Commission of the Congress.

Pamela Jiles Moreno (born 30 November 1960) is a Chilean journalist and politician, currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies, representing District 12 of the Santiago Metropolitan Region.Throughout her career, Jiles has gained attention for her confrontational personality. She has gained the nickname "Abuela" (Grandma).

Carmen_Vildoso

Carmen Aurora Marcela Vildoso Chirinos (born March 3, 1956) is a Peruvian sociologist and academic. She served in Alan García's second administration, in the position of Minister of Women and Social Development, from October 2008 to June 2009.
Previously, she served as Deputy Minister of Promotion of Employment and Micro and Small Business at the Ministry of Labor and Promotion of Employment from August 2001 to July 2003 during Alejandro Toledo’s administration.

María_Elena_Moyano

María Elena Moyano Delgado (29 November 1958 – 15 February 1992) was an Afro-Peruvian community organizer and feminist who was assassinated by the Shining Path. She grew up in poverty in the Villa El Salvador pueblo joven, then became involved in local activism. She was twice president of FEPOMUVES (the Popular Federation of Women of Villa El Salvador) and at the time of her death was deputy mayor. Her funeral was attended by 300,000 people and resulted in a downturn in support for the Shining Path. She received the Peruvian Order of Merit posthumously.

Magaly Solier Romero (born 11 June 1986) is a Peruvian actress and singer.
Magaly Solier Romero was born on 11 June 1986 in to a Quechua family, the province of Huanta, in the region of Ayacucho in Peru. She speaks the indigenous language of Quechua, as well as Spanish. Solier has publicly spoken about the importance of supporting indigenous language, traditions, and culture.In 2003, she won the Festival de la Canción Ayacuchana with her singing. A year later, she made her debut as an actress in the film Madeinusa.In June 2017, Solier was declared an Artist of Peace by UNESCO in Paris, France.

Mathilde Weber (1829–1901), was a German feminist and social worker, regarded as one of the founders of the German women's movement. She focused on getting academic studies available for women.

Gertrud_Baer

Gertrud Baer (1890–1981) was a German Jewish women's rights and peace activist. One of the founding members of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, she served as the executive secretary of the German branch of WILPF beginning in 1921 and co-chair of the international organization from 1929 to 1947. Throughout World War II, though leadership was shared, Baer was the primary leader of the organization. At the end of the war, she became the first WILPF consultant to the United Nations and held that post until 1972.
