Tor Heiestad (born 13 January 1962) is a Norwegian shooter.
He was born in Oslo, but represented the club Bærum JK. He became Olympic champion in the 50 metre running target in Seoul 1988. The event was then discontinued, so in Barcelona 1992 he placed tenth in the 10 metre running target event. He won the European Championship in the same event in 1990, in addition to four Nordic titles. On national level he has one King's Cup and many Norwegian championships.
Heidi Sundal (born October 30, 1962, in Oslo) is a Norwegian team handball player and Olympic medalist. She received silver medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul with the Norwegian national team, and at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.
Heidi Sundal played 269 games for the national team during her career, scoring 731 goals.

He held the WBA light middleweight title from 1996 to 1999 and the European light middleweight title from 1992 to 1993. He holds wins over five world champions such as Terry Norris, Carl Daniels, Julio Cesar Vasquez, Javier Castillejo and Guillermo Jones.
