Edwin_Young

Edwin Frank "Win" Young (September 29, 1947 – June 22, 2006) was an American diver. He represented the United States at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, where he won a bronze medal in 10 m platform.Young was a six-time All-American diver for Indiana University and won the gold medal in 10 m platform at the 1967 Pan American Games. In retirement he coached diving at the University of Arizona.Young died in 2006, aged 58. He was survived by his daughter, Heather Marie Burgoyne.

Noël_Delberghe

Noël Delberghe (25 December 1897 in Tourcoing – 17 September 1965) was a French water polo player who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics. He was part of the French team which won the gold medal. He played all four matches and scored one goal.

Franky_Zapata

Franky Zapata (French pronunciation: [fʁɑ̃ki zapata]; born 27 September 1978) is a French personal watercraft pilot who is the inventor of the Flyboard and Flyboard Air, and founder of Zapata Racing. Since 2012, Zapata's efforts have been focused on the development and manufacture of personal flyers for land and aquatic applications.
On 4 August 2019, Zapata crossed the English Channel in 22 minutes, with a refuelling stop at midpoint, on a Flyboard Air. His 35-kilometre (22 mi) journey was completed with an escort from several French helicopters and warships, and aided by a backpack fuel reservoir.

Jeanne_Stunyo

Jeanne Georgette Stunyo (born April 11, 1936) is a former world-class diver who earned a silver medal on the three-meter springboard at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Australia.At those same Games, Irene MacDonald finished in third place to become Canada's first Olympic medalist in diving. Standing at the top of the awards podium was gold medalist Patricia McCormick of the United States.Prior to her performance at the 1956 Olympics, Jeanne Stunyo was a three-meter springboard finalist at the 1952 US Olympic Trials; Jeanne also won a silver medal at the 1955 Pan-American Games in Mexico City.Coached by four-time Olympian, Clarence Pinkston, Jeanne Stunyo and teammate Barbara Sue Gilders competed for the Detroit Athletic Club; Jeanne also attended the University of Detroit.
Stunyo was born in Gary, Indiana.

Gianluca_Farina

Gianluca Farina (born 15 December 1962) is an Italian competition rower and Olympic champion.
He received a gold medal in quadruple sculls at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, together with Agostino Abbagnale, Davide Tizzano, and Piero Poli.He received a bronze medal in quadruple sculls at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.
