Philippe Bourguignon (born 1948) is a French businessman who served as the chief executive officer of Euro Disney, executive vice president of Disney Europe, the chairman and chief executive of Club Med, and the co-chief executive officer of the Davos-based World Economic Forum in 2003 and 2004. He is vice chairman of Revolution Places, founded by America Online (AOL) cofounder Steve Case and is the executive co-chairman of Exclusive Resorts.

Hubert-Félix Thiéfaine (French pronunciation: [ybɛʁ feliks tjefɛn]) is a French pop-rock singer and songwriter. He was born on 21 July 1948 in the town of Dole in the Jura département.
Mostly shunned by television and radio, he has built over the years – through word of mouth and frequent touring – a considerable following which allowed him to fill the 17,000-seater Palais omnisports de Paris-Bercy for an anniversary concert in 1998. In recent years he has been increasingly name-dropped as an influence by the latest generation of performers in France, and was the subject of a tribute album of covers in 2002. He has been performing since the late 1960s and releasing records since 1978.
Musically, Thiéfaine draws mostly from classic rock, with rare nods to the latest musical trends, and generally leaves the arranging to a collaborator. His songs are most notable for instantly recognisable lyrics, with their trademark streams of consciousness, surreal and often extreme or dark imagery, often tinged with comedy, cynicism, literary references, neologisms and liberal use of scientific, long or foreign words. The lyrical mayhem sometimes spreads into comically long song titles, such as Enfermé dans les cabinets (avec la fille mineure des 80 chasseurs), or Exercice de simple provocation avec 33 fois le mot "coupable". His education in a Catholic boarding school has also left deep traces which surface in his lyrics in the form of biblical quotations and cheerfully blasphemous lyrics.
His avowed influences include Léo Ferré, Lou Reed, Bob Dylan, Jim Morrison and many French, Anglophone and German novelists and poets, with a preference for romantic literature.
Christine "Kiki" Caron (born 10 July 1948 in Paris) is a French former backstroke swimmer. She won the silver medal in 100 m backstroke at the 1964 Summer Olympics and the gold medal in the same event at the 1966 European Aquatics Championships. She also participated in the 1968 Summer Olympics where she was the first woman to carry the French flag at the opening ceremony. During her swimming career she won 29 national swimming titles. Her elder sister Annie was also a swimmer and competed at the 1960 Olympics.After retiring from swimming she acted in two films: Le lys de mer (1969) and Violentata sulla sabbia (1971). In 1998, Caron was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame. In 2005, she was named Chevalier de la Legion of Honour. During the next year she published an autobiography titled Kiki with a preface written by Johnny Hallyday.

Xavier Saint-Macary (June 7, 1948 – March 13, 1988) was a French actor, brother of Hubert Saint-Macary.Saint-Macary played in La Nuit américaine (1973) directed by François Truffaut and Le Château perdu (1973). American audiences will remember him as the enthusiastic but bumbling Detective Fontenoy in the Disney movie Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo (1977).
Saint-Macary died of a sudden heart attack in 1988, a few months short of his 40th birthday.
Jack Cantoni (11 May 1948 – 25 June 2013) was a French international rugby union player.Cantoni was born in Carmaux, France, he is the son of the rugby league footballer; Vincent Cantoni.Cantoni played as a Fullback or Wing for AS Béziers, with which team he won seven French championships. He made his international debut for France on 4 April 1970 in a test during the Five Nations against Wales in Cardiff.

She married French politician Dominique Strauss-Kahn in 1991 and divorced him in 2013 in the aftermath of the New York v. Strauss-Kahn case. She was portrayed in the 2014 feature film Welcome to New York.
