William Archer (23 September 1856 – 27 December 1924) was a Scottish author, theatre critic, and English spelling reformer based, for most of his career, in London. He was an early advocate of the plays of Henrik Ibsen, and a friend and advocate of George Bernard Shaw.
Maurice_Rostand
Maurice Rostand (26 May 1891 – 21 February 1968) was a French author, the son of the poet and dramatist Edmond Rostand and the poet Rosemonde Gérard, and brother of the biologist Jean Rostand.
Rostand was a writer of poems, novels, and plays. He was friends with Jean Cocteau and Lucien Daudet and was one of the homosexual personalities who frequented the salons during the period between the wars.In 1948, he published his memoirs, Confession d'un demi-siècle. He is interred in Passy Cemetery.

Sophie_Tieck
Sophie Tieck (28 February 1775 – 1 October 1833), later known as Sophie Bernhardi or Sophie von Knorring, was a German Romantic writer and poet. Her role as a writer of the Romantic period was overshadowed by her brother Ludwig and her first husband, August Ferdinand Bernhardi. She was only really appreciated as an important writer when her letters were published in the 1960s.

He is best known for two literary works, the 1955 novel Pedro Páramo, and the collection of short stories El Llano en llamas (1953). This collection includes the popular tale "¡Diles que no me maten!" ("Tell Them Not to Kill Me!").

His film Zim and Co. was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival and his film The Night Watchman won the Golden Goblet Award for Best Feature Film in 2015.
His brother is Marc Jolivet, the actor, script-writer, director, and humourist. They are the sons of Jacques Jolivet (author), and Arlette Thomas, the French voice of the cartoon characters Calimero and Titi (Tweety).
