Floris Hendrik Verster (9 June 1861 – 21 January 1927) was a Dutch painter.

Barbara Elisabeth van Houten (8 April 1863 – 27 May 1950) was a Dutch painter.

Willem Steelink Jr. (16 July 1856, Amsterdam – 27 November 1928, Voorburg) was a Dutch painter and graphic artist, associated with the Laren School.

Wijtze Gerrit Carel (Wim) Schuhmacher or Schumacher (28 Feb 1894, Amsterdam - 5 June 1986, Amsterdam) was a Dutch painter and designer. He is mostly associated with Magic realism.
His nickname is "The Master of Grey" because of the grey haze that seems to cover his later work. Towards the end of his life, he became considerably less productive due to increasingly worse eyesight.

Kees Verwey (April 20, 1900 – July 23, 1995) was a Dutch painter who was productive well into old age.

Marinus Heijnes (8 March 1888 in Amsterdam – 12 February 1963 in De Kaag) was a Dutch impressionist artist who painted in the tradition of the Dutch Hague School. Heijnes had visited and painted in Switzerland (Ticino), Italy, France (Brittany, Côte d'Azur) and Sweden. Much of his work is about the Dutch lakeside near his village Kaag.

Nelly van Doesburg (née Petronella Johanna van Moorsel; 27 July 1899 in The Hague – 1 October 1975 in Meudon) was a Dutch avant-garde musician, dancer, artist and art collector. She performed under her dadaïst alias Pétro van Doesburg and used the pseudonym Cupera for her work as a painter.

Jan Altink (Dutch pronunciation: [jɑn ˈɑltɪnk]; 21 October 1885 – 6 December 1971) was a Dutch expressionist painter and cofounder of De Ploeg.

Johannes Josephus Aarts (18 August 1871, in The Hague – 19 October 1934, in Amsterdam) was a Dutch painter, illustrator, lithographer, engraver, etcher, writer, academic teacher and director, lecturer, sculptor and book-cover designer.
