Eduarda Bittencourt Simões (Portuguese: [siˈmõj̃ʃ]; born October 8, 1987), better known as Duda Beat, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter. She won the ACPA Award for Breakthrough Artist in 2018, and her debut album Sinto Muito was listed among Rolling Stone Brasil's best 50 Brazilian records of that year. Duda Beat was nominated for a 2021 Latin Grammy Award for Best Brazilian Contemporary Pop Album for her album in partnership with Nando Reis.

Luis Felipe Machado de Oliveira (Portuguese pronunciation: [fiˈlipi maˈʃadu]; born August 4, 1970) is a Brazilian journalist, writer and musician. He is currently the Communications Director for Worldfund, a nonprofit organization with educational projects. His journalistic career includes leading positions at a few of Brazil's most relevant media companies, such as O Estado de S. Paulo, R7 and Diário de S.Paulo. As a writer, he produced two novels, two non-fiction works and an award-winning children's book.In music, Machado started in 1985 as the guitarist and co-founder of the heavy metal band Viper, playing in all the band's releases and concerts until recent days. In 2016, he released his first solo album as singer, songwriter and guitar player named FM Solo.

Nielsen has released several albums that have sold around 400,000 copies, including three albums that have been certified platinum and nine albums certified as gold. His debut release on 23 May 1987, called Trumpet Concertos, has been re-released several times.Nielsen was born in Sønderborg. In addition to his solo career and his tours, he has been a member and main trumpeter of Sønderjyllands Symfoniorkester (the South Jutland Symphony Orchestra).

Nação Zumbi (formerly Chico Science & Nação Zumbi) is a Brazilian band formed by Chico Science. They have been hailed as one of the most important groups to come out of the manguebeat movement in the 1990s. The musicians of the group continued as Nação Zumbi after Science died in a car accident on February 2, 1997.
In their songs they experiment with mixing of rock, punk, funk, hip hop, soul, Pernambuco's regional rhythms and Brazilian traditional music, with heavy use of percussion instruments.
They released two albums before the time of Chico's death, Da lama ao caos (From Mud to Chaos) in 1994 and Afrociberdelia in 1996. Both received critical acclaim.In 1996, Nação Zumbi contributed Maracatu Atômico to the AIDS-Benefit Album Red Hot + Rio produced by the Red Hot Organization.

Lars_Fredrik_Beckstrøm

Lars Fredrik Beckstrøm (born January 22, 1960, in Oslo) is a Norwegian musician who is mostly known for playing bass in the Norwegian rock band deLillos, but has also recorded several albums under the name Beckstrøm. He has written many of the band's well known songs such as "Nittenåttifire" and "Balladen om Kåre og Nelly", which he on albums and concerts sings himself. As a solo artist "Svigermor" from 1997 is his biggest hit.
He is also a member of Dog Age and "The Humble Servants".

Jorge Du Peixe (January 8, 1967), stage name Jorge José Carneiro de Lira, is a Brazilian singer-songwriter.
The musician lived his childhood and part of his adolescence in the neighborhood of Caxangá, in Recife. Then he moved to Salvador, Bahia due to his father's work, living in the capital of Bahia for two years. Upon returning to Recife, he went to live in the Rio Doce neighborhood, which is located in Olinda in the Metropolitan Region of Recife, where he met and became friends with Chico Science. A friendship that was fueled by their interest in urban music culture. Where they came to create the Manguebeat movement, a musical genre that takes influences from Rock, Hip hop and Funk that emerged in the 90s.
