Gina Palerme (born Marie Louise Irène de Maulmont, 18 December 1885 – 26 December 1977) was a French actress and dancer.

Line Noro (22 February 1900 – 4 November 1985) was a French stage and film actress. During the 1930s she played glamorous, often exotic, women in films such as Pépé le Moko. Between 1945 and 1966 Noro was a member of the Comédie Française. She was married to the film director André Berthomieu.

Stacia Napierkowska (born Renée Claire Angèle Élisabeth Napierkowski, 16 September 1891 – 11 May 1945) was a French actress, dancer, and director who worked during the silent film era. She appeared in 86 films between 1908 and 1926.

Francine Mussey (6 October 1897 – 23 March 1933) was a French film actress whose career began in the silent film era of the 1920s and ended in 1933 when she committed suicide by ingesting poison at age 35.Mussey was born in the 18th arrondissement of Paris as Marcelle Fromholt in 1897. She made her debut in the 1920 Lucien Lehmann-directed film L'épave, opposite actors Marcel Bonneau and Jean-François Martial. She would go on to appear in a number of films throughout the 1920s and into the sound film era of the early 1930s directed by Louis Feuillade, Gaston Ravel, Alexandre Ryder and Jean Daumery, among others. She appeared in the 1927 epic Napoléon which ran for five and a half hours.

Blanche Montel (14 August 1902 – 31 March 1998) was a French actress. She appeared in 33 films between 1914 and 1943.

Claude Mérelle (born Lise Henriette Marie Laurent; 17 May 1888 – 16 December 1976) was a French stage and film actress who appeared in numerous films during the silent film era of the early 1910s through the late 1920s.

Simone Mareuil (French pronunciation: [simɔn maʁøj]; 25 August 1903 – 24 October 1954) was a French actress best known for appearing in the surrealist film Un Chien Andalou.Born Marie Louise Simone Vacher in Périgueux, Dordogne, she appeared in a number of films, most notably director Luis Buñuel's Un Chien Andalou (An Andalusian Dog, 1929). She was the second wife of actor Philippe Hersent.After World War II, she returned to Périgueux, where she fell into a deep depression. She committed suicide by self-immolation — dousing herself in gasoline and burning herself to death in a public square.

Arlette Marchal (29 January 1902 – 11 February 1984) was a French film actress. She appeared in more than 40 films between 1922 and 1951. She was born and died in Paris.
