Grete Prytz Kittelsen (born Adelgunde Margrethe Prytz, June 28, 1917, Oslo, died September 25, 2010, Oslo), was a Norwegian goldsmith, enamel artist, and designer. She is one of the most well-known Norwegians in the Scandinavian Design movement, and has been referred to as the "Queen of Scandinavian Design". Through her work she contributed to internationalisation, innovation and scientific research. She was one of the few Norwegian practitioners who shaped the Scandinavian design style in the post-war era and is the periods’ most renowned Norwegian practitioner. Kittelsen's aim was to make beautiful and user-friendly everyday objects available for everyone. She had a vast and varied production. With her enamelled objects and jewellery she has been a pioneer in design in the post-war era and a model for the next generation of designers. Today her pieces constitute design icons and are sought-after collectables.

Jonas Lie (31 December 1899 – 11 May 1945) was a Norwegian councilor of state in the Nasjonal Samling government of Vidkun Quisling in 1940, then acting councilor of state 1940–1941, and Minister of Police between 1941 and 1945 in the new Quisling government. Lie was the grandson of the novelist Jonas Lie and the son of the writer Erik Lie.

Halvor Bernt Stein Grieg Halvorsen (19 October 1909 – 11 November 2013) was a Norwegian theatre actor.
Stein was born in Kristiania as the son of composer Johan Halvorsen (1864–1935) and Annie Grieg (1873–1957). He was married to Odd Frogg's widow Elizabeth Inga Else Margrethe Thaulow (1903–1968) from 1940 until 1971, then after her death to Vibeke Laura Mowinckel Falk. Stein Grieg Halvorsen was employed at Nationaltheatret from 1928 to 1935, Den Nationale Scene from 1935 to 1936, and again Nationaltheatret from 1936 to 1939 and from 1945 to his retirement in 1997.His son, Stein Johan Grieg Halvorsen, is half of the comedy duo Erlend & SteinJo, who rose to fame in the 1990s.
Halvorsen died of natural causes on 11 November 2013, three weeks after his 104th birthday.

Arne Thomas Olsen (3 December 1909 – 26 June 2000) was a Norwegian actor, stage producer and theatre director. He was a driving force at Studioteatret, as both actor and producer.

Unn Goggi "Lill" Egede-Nissen (November 20, 1909 – January 20, 1962) was a Norwegian actress. She was married to the actor Hans Stormoen from 1943 to 1950, and she was the mother of the musician and philologist Hans Marius Stormoen. Egede-Nissen debuted at the National Theater in Bergen in 1932. She was engaged there until 1943, and she later performed at the Bjørnevik Theater and Trøndelag Theater.Egede-Nissen made her debut in the comedy Patsy. Her later roles included Gretchen in Faust, Mrs. Elvsted in Hedda Gabler, Kathinka Stordal in the play Kranes konditori, and Tale in Medmenneske. She played the title role in Anne Pedersdotter on NRK's radio theater.
Lill Egede-Nissen was the daughter of the Communist Party of Norway leader Adam Egede-Nissen and Goggi Egede-Nissen. She was the sister of the actors and actresses Aud Egede-Nissen, Gerd Grieg, Ada Kramm, Oscar Egede-Nissen, Stig Egede-Nissen, and Gøril Havrevold.

Jens Henrik Nordlie (18 January 1910 – 2 April 1996) was a Norwegian military officer, resistance fighter from World War II and businessperson. He participated in the Norwegian Campaign in 1940, and was a member of Milorg's leadership in 1941. He worked for the Norwegian High Command in London from 1943, leading one of the two sections of department 4 (FO IV). He contributed to the post-war investigation committee, Undersøkelseskommisjonen av 1945, where he wrote the appendix on the fighting in Norway in spring 1940. He was operative leader of the clandestine Stay behind in Norway. He was CEO of the company Narvesen from 1957 to 1975, and a co-founder of the organization Fritt Ord.

Arne Semb-Johansson (20 September 1919 – 22 February 2001) was a Norwegian zoologist. He was born in Kristiania. He chaired the Norwegian Entomological Society from 1950 to 1953. He was assigned as a professor of zoology at the University of Oslo from 1959. Among his early works were studies of the nervous system and endocrine system of insects. He edited the six volume encyclopedia Cappelens Dyreleksikon, published 1979–1981. He was decorated Knight, First Class of the Order of St. Olav in 1987.During the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany he was a central member of Milorg, being a courier for leader Jens Christian Hauge. He was a member of the board of Norway's Resistance Museum from 1973. In 1995 he published the book Fem år for fred og frihet med Milorg 1940–1945.
