Christian Schweigaard Stang (15 March 1900 – 2 July 1977) was a Norwegian linguist, Slavicist and Balticist, professor in Balto-Slavic languages at the University of Oslo from 1938 until shortly before his death. He specialized in the study of Lithuanian and was highly regarded in Lithuania.
Vilhelm Andreas Wexelsen Evang (9 November 1909 – 5 January 1983) was a Norwegian military officer. He headed the military intelligence in Norway for almost twenty years, from 1946 to 1965.

Fredrik Stang Heffermehl (11 November 1938 – 21 December 2023) was a Norwegian jurist, writer and peace activist. He worked as a lawyer and civil servant from 1965 to 1982 and was the first secretary-general of the Norwegian Humanist Association from 1980 to 1982. He later made his mark as a writer and activist for peace and against nuclear arms. He was the honorary president, and president, of the Norwegian Peace Council, a vice president of the International Peace Bureau, and a vice president of the International Association of Lawyers against Nuclear Arms.
Trygve Dehli Laurantzon (20 March 1902 – 21 May 1975) was a Norwegian agronomist and newspaper editor.
He was born in Kristiania as a son of Major General Jacob Ager Laurantzon (1878–1965) and Bergljot Dehli (1878–1968). On the maternal side he was a grandson of jurist and organizational leader Ole Dehli, and a nephew of Halfdan Gyth Dehli.
In 1928 he married Johanne Sandberg (1903–1985), a daughter of farmer, officer and politician Ole Rømer Aagaard Sandberg (1865–1925). As such he was a brother-in-law of Ole Rømer Aagaard Sandberg, farmer and MP from Furnes. Laurantzon died in May 1975 in Hamar.During the German occupation of Norway he edited the magazine Norsk Jord from 1941 to 1945. During the last phase of the Second World War he edited the newspaper Nationen for two and a half months, and headed the collaborationist Quisling regime's Ministry of Agriculture for a short period from April to May 1945. In the legal purge in Norway after World War II he was convicted of treason and sentenced to fifteen years of forced labor, only to be released in 1950.
Knut Sydsæter (5 October 1937 – 29 September 2012) was a Norwegian mathematician.Professor of Mathematics at the University of Oslo.He is known for having written several books in mathematics for economic analysis, mainly in Norwegian and English.
However, his books have been released in several other languages such as Swedish, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and Hungarian among others.
Charles Oluf Herlofson, (28 March 1916 – 4 December 1984) was a Norwegian naval officer. He was highly decorated for his achievements during World War II.
Leif Omdahl Enger (September 5, 1900 – November 11, 1977) was a Norwegian actor.Enger was born in Christiania (now Oslo). He appeared in a series of roles for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation's radio theater. He was also a popular film actor, appearing in over 20 films. Among the best-known films he appeared in are Operasjon Løvsprett, Hunger (Norwegian: Sult), and Englandsfarere. Enger died in Oslo and is buried in Oslo's West Cemetery.

He is most commonly associated with his textbook Norges historie fra de eldste tider til 1660 (Norwegian History from the Oldest Times to 1660), which is a standard introduction to early Norwegian history.
