Ada Madssen (9 February 1917 – 22 September 2009) was a Norwegian sculptor.
She was born in Kristiania. She studied under Wilhelm Rasmussen and Axel Revold at the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts from 1938 to 1940. The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design owns three of her works, and she is also known for statues of Queen Maud near the Royal Palace, Oslo (erected 1959) and Camilla Collett at Eidsvoll (erected 1977). In 2007 she was decorated as a Knight First Class of the Royal Norwegian Order of St. Olav.

Aase Ingerid Nathalie Bjerkholt (16 January 1915 – 17 August 2012) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. She was born in Oslo.
She was consultative councillor of state for family and consumer affairs during the third cabinet Gerhardsen in 1955–1956, and became the first Minister of Family and Consumer Affairs in 1956. She held the post until 1965, except for one month in 1963 during the cabinet Lyng. From January to February 1963 she was also caretaking Minister of Social Affairs.
She was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Oslo in 1958, and was re-elected on three occasions. On the local level she was a member of Oslo city council from 1945 to 1947.

Thomas Hylland Eriksen (born February 6, 1962) is a Norwegian anthropologist. He is currently a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo, as well as the 2015–2016 president of the European Association of Social Anthropologists. He is a member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters.

Sverre Mitsem (3 July 1944 – 18 October 2005) was a Norwegian judge.
He was born in Oslo. He worked as a lawyer for the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions from 1981, as a judge in Asker and Bærum District Court from 1986, presiding judge in Eidsivating Court of Appeal from 1991 and in Borgarting Court of Appeal from 1995, and as a Supreme Court Justice from 2002 to his death.

Lars Fredrik "Lasse" Qvigstad (born 2 February 1946) is a Norwegian jurist.
He was born in Oslo. He worked as a lecturer at the University of Oslo from 1972 to 1975, public prosecutor in Eidsivating from 1977 to 1987, deputy chief of police in Oslo from 1987 to 1991 and presiding judge in Eidsivating from 1991 to 1993. He then returned to the position as public prosecutor, on a national level.

Lars Gule (born 24 June 1955) is a Norwegian philosopher. He has graduated with a doctorate in philosophy, and is an associate professor (at Oslo Metropolitan University). From 2000 to 2005 he was secretary general of the Norwegian Humanist Association. Gule became known to the general public in 1977 when after having joined the DFLP group, Gule was arrested in Beirut, Lebanon with Semtex in his luggage intended for Israeli targets leading to a six-month conviction and subsequent deportation. He remains active as a anti-Israel activist. Gule is often used by Norwegian media as an authority on questions regarding the Middle East, Islam and extremism.

Heidi Sundal (born October 30, 1962, in Oslo) is a Norwegian team handball player and Olympic medalist. She received silver medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul with the Norwegian national team, and at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.
Heidi Sundal played 269 games for the national team during her career, scoring 731 goals.

Gry Jannicke Jarlum (born 6 April 1962 in Oslo) is a Norwegian-Swedish singer and author, best known for her 1981 album Svake mennesker which was at number one on the VG-lista for 16 weeks. She is also known for her book Du er jeg (1994), about her alleged experience with extraterrestrial life.

Gro Dahle (born 15 May 1962) is a Norwegian poet and writer.

Gisken Armand Lillo-Stenberg (born 26 November 1962) is a Norwegian actress. She is the daughter of actor Eilif Armand, and sister of Merete Armand and Frøydis Armand, both actresses. She debuted on stage at the age of fourteen, at Den Nationale Scene, and has been working at Nationaltheatret since 1988. There she has performed in plays such as Henrik Ibsen's A Doll's House and Anton Chekhov's Three Sisters. She has also played in several movies, such as Insomnia (1997) and Evas Øye (1999), as well as roles in television, in series like Fox Grønland (2001) and Kodenavn Hunter (2007).Armand is married to Ole Lillo-Stenberg, brother of musician Lars Lillo-Stenberg, and the couple have two children.
