Alvaro Martin Bedoya (born February 21, 1982) is an American attorney and government official who has served on the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) since 2022.
Known for his focus on digital privacy issues, Bedoya was the founding director of the Center on Privacy and Technology at the Georgetown University Law Center. Bedoya is a member of the Democratic Party and was nominated to the position by President Joe Biden.

Samuel Dash (February 27, 1925 – May 29, 2004) was an American lawyer. He was chief counsel for the Senate Watergate Committee during the Watergate scandal. Dash became famous for his televised interrogations during the hearings held by the United States Congress on the Watergate incident.
