Laly Vallade (born 23 April 1981), also known just as Laly, is a French model, adult actress and DJ.

Robert René ('René') Kuczynski (1876–1947) was a left-wing German economist and demographer and is said to be one of the founders of modern vital statistics.

Gerhard Marcks (18 February 1889 – 13 November 1981) was a German artist, known primarily as a sculptor, but who is also known for his drawings, woodcuts, lithographs and ceramics.

Hans Kammler (26 August 1901 – 1945 [assumed]) was an SS-Obergruppenführer responsible for Nazi civil engineering projects and its top secret V-weapons program. He oversaw the construction of various Nazi concentration camps before being put in charge of the V-2 rocket and Emergency Fighter Programs towards the end of World War II. Kammler disappeared in May 1945 during the final days of the war. There has been much conjecture regarding his fate.

Nils Christie (24 February 1928 – 27 May 2015) was a Norwegian sociologist and criminologist. He was a professor of criminology at the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo.

Birgit Målfrid Strøm (9 August 1931 – 11 January 2007) was a Norwegian actress, puppeteer, dramatic adviser, singer and non-fiction writer. She was born in Oslo. She was the daughter of the actor Julian Strøm and the sister of the puppeteer and actress Elisabeth Strøm Henriksen.
She is known for giving voice to the puppets Titten Tei and Jon Arthur Vimsen. Her stage adaptations include fairy tales such as Det var en gang and Gjete kongens harer, and Alf Prøysen's Teskjekjerringa på teater. Among her song recordings are "Pappa'n til Tove Mette" and "Gøy på landet" (Wheezy Anna).

Mark Johnston (born 10 October 1959) is a Scottish racehorse trainer based in Middleham, North Yorkshire, England.
Born in Glasgow, he studied at the University of Glasgow and is a qualified vet. He started training at a stable near Louth, Lincolnshire in 1987, and his first winner was Hinari Video at Carlisle He has been training in Middleham since 1988 when he purchased Kingsley House (often falsely attributed to be the former home of Charles Kingsley, author of The Water Babies).
In 2004 he won the 1,000 Guineas with Attraction. Other successful horses he has trained are Mister Baileys, winner of the 2,000 Guineas, Shamardal, 2004 European Champion Two-Year-Old, and Double Trigger, winner of the Ascot Gold Cup.
Johnston's horses are known for their front running style and bravery in a finish, two attributes that were best advertised by the exploits of Attraction. He cites Shamardal as the best horse he ever trained, and Attraction as the one he is most proud of.He reached his 4,000th winner on the flat in Britain when Dominating won at Pontefract on Monday 23 October 2017. He is only the third trainer in either code to reach that figure.On 23 August 2018 Johnston became the most successful British Flat trainer of all time when Frankie Dettori rode Poet's Society to win the 3.00 at York at odds of 20–1 to give Mark his 4,194 winner. In August 2022 he took his number of winners to 5,000 when Dubai Mile won at Kempton Park.In January 2022 Johnston's son and assistant trainer, Charlie, joined him as joint training licence holder. As joint trainers the pair were responsible for 176 winners in 2022. In December 2022 Mark Johnston announced that he would step down from the training licence, leaving Charlie as the sole trainer with Mark as assistant trainer. Johnston stressed that he wasn't retiring and the training partnership would continue as before.The motto of the stable is "Always Trying".He is married to Deirdre, a former teacher.

Sophie Fillières (20 November 1964 – 31 July 2023) was a French film director and screenwriter who wrote for more than fifteen film and television productions from 1991 on.Fillières died on 31 July 2023, at the age of 58.

Apo Lazaridès (16 October 1925 – 30 October 1998) was a French champion cyclist.
Born Jean-Apôtre Lazaridès in Marles-les-Mines, Pas-de-Calais of Greek ancestry (he became French in 1929). During the German military administration in occupied France during World War II, Lazaridès used his cycling to transport supplies to the French Resistance. Apo had an older brother, Lucien Lazaridès, also a cyclist.
Nicknamed "Apo", a short version of his middle name, he competed in races throughout France during the war. In 1946 Lazaridès finished fifth in the "Ronde de France", then won the most important competition of the year, the "La Course du Tour de France", a 1316 km race from Monaco to Paris. This was organised by the group who took charge of organisation of the Tour de France.
In the 1947 Tour, Lazaridès finished tenth but captured second overall in the mountain class. In 1948, he finished ninth and went on to take second place in the world championship. He retired in 1955 and moved to Cannes, where he was president of the Étoile Sportive de Cannes."
Lazaridès died in Cannes in 1998 and was buried there in the Cimetière du Grand Jas.
