Perry Townsend Rathbone (July 3, 1911 – January 22, 2000) was one of the leading American art museum directors of the 20th century. As director of the St. Louis Art Museum from 1940 to 1955, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston from 1955 to 1972, he transformed these institutions from quiet repositories of art to vibrant cultural centers. Known for his sensitive installations as well as his bold publicity stunts, he increased the membership and attendance figures of both institutions exponentially, and also added significant works to their permanent collections across the board.

Đorđe Andrejević-Kun (Serbian Cyrillic: Ђорђе Андрејевић-Кун; 31 March 1904 – 17 January 1964) was a Serbian painter and academic. He designed the coat of arms of the City of Belgrade and reputedly designed the coat of arms of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Yugoslav orders and medals (along with Antun Augustinčić).

Ludovica "Louisa" Ghijs (19 March 1902 – 18 July 1985) was a Belgian stage actress. She was married to Dutch-German actor Johannes Heesters.
Ghijs met Heesters in 1928, they married in 1930, and had two daughters Wiesje (1931), nowadays a pianist in Vienna, and Nicole (1937) who became an actress. One of her grandchildren is also an actress: Saskia Fischer (born 1966).
In 1935, she played in her last movie, De vier Mullers, alongside her husband. She died in Bavaria, Germany.

José Noguero (March 10, 1905 – March 11, 1993) was a French film and stage actor and comedian. In 1948 he starred in the film The Lame Devil directed by Sacha Guitry. He was the son of Spanish immigrants. Between 1930 and 1980 he appeared in more than 40 films.

René Daumal (French: [domal]; 16 March 1908 – 21 May 1944) was a French spiritual para-surrealist writer, critic and poet, best known for his posthumously published novel Mount Analogue (1952) as well as for being an early, outspoken practitioner of pataphysics.
