Tom Treinen (born March 9, 1943) is an American sports shooter. He competed in the men's 25 metre rapid fire pistol event at the 1976 Summer Olympics.

Donald J. Paulin (born October 29, 1933) was an American politician and businessman.
Born in Plymouth County, Iowa, Paulin graduated from Union Consolidated High School. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He went to Westmar University for three years. Paulin was a kitchen cabinet retailer and president of a building materials company. Paulin served as mayor of Le Mars, Iowa. From 1983 to 1989, Paulin served in the Iowa House of Representatives and was a Republican.

David C. Gunther (born July 22, 1937) is American former basketball player and coach. He served as the head basketball coach at the University of North Dakota from 1970 to 1988. Gunther played college basketball at the University of Iowa and professional basketball with the San Francisco Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
