Roberto Cabral del Hoyo (August 7, 1913 – October 4, 1999) was a Mexican historian and writer.

Carmen Alardín (5 July 1933 – 10 May 2014) was a Mexican poet. She was known for her poems such as La violencia del otoño (The Violence of Fall) and No pude detener los elefantes (You Can't Detain Elephants). Alardín specialized in German literature. She studied at National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Pablo Antonio Cuadra (November 4, 1912 – January 2, 2002) was a Nicaraguan essayist, art and literary critic, playwright, graphic artist and one of the most famous poets of Nicaragua.

Ernestina de Champourcín Morán de Loredo (10 July 1905 in Vitoria-Gasteiz – 27 March 1999 in Madrid) was a Spanish poet. She is most associated with the Generation of '27.

Kate Næss (30 July 1938 – 15 July 1987) was a Norwegian poet and translator. She was born in Oslo, and was married to theatre director Janken Varden. She made her literary debut in 1962 with the poetry collection Billedskrift. Later collections were Mørkerommet from 1964 and Blindgjengere from 1969. She was among the pioneers of Club 7 in Oslo, and is credited for inventing the name of the club. Poet Jan Erik Vold has labeled her the "secret queen of the sixties".

Isaac Felipe Azofeifa (11 April 1909 – 3 April 1997) was a Costa Rican poet, politician and educator.
Azofeifa is considered one of the most important Costa Rican poets of the twentieth century.

Gilberto Owen Estrada (May 13, 1904 – March 9, 1952) was a Mexican poet and diplomat.
