Veronica Helfensteller (1910–1964) was an American painter and printmaker, who was a member of the Fort Worth Circle, a group of artists in Fort Worth, Texas, active in the 1940 and 1950s.

Hans Gerhard Creutzfeldt (June 2, 1885 – December 30, 1964) was a German neurologist and neuropathologist. Although he is typically credited as the physician to first describe the Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease, this has been disputed. He was born in Harburg an der Elbe and died in Munich.

Jeanne Marie-Laurent (1 September 1877 – 7 April 1964) was a French film actress. She appeared in more than ninety films during her career, including the 1932 thriller Narcotics.

Mario Giovanni Siletti (22 July 1903 – 19 April 1964) was an Italian actor. He was born in Turin. He performed in more than 160 films from 1932 to 1964. He began appearing in American films no later than 1946. From 1962 to 1964, he also portrayed a recurring character, Charlie Carlotti, on the American television series, Hazel. In April 1964, he was killed in a Los Angeles automobile collision caused by a drunk driver. Siletti's pregnant wife was also critically injured in the crash. The driver of the other vehicle was arrested for felony manslaughter.

Librado Net Pérez (1895-1964) was a Puerto Rican musician, educator and painter from Ponce, Puerto Rico. He was the first director of the Escuela Libre de Música de Ponce, considered the best of Puerto Rico's free Music Schools at the time. He directed the school from the early 1950s and continuing until just prior to his death in 1964.

Achille Majeroni (24 August 1881 – 12 October 1964) was an Italian film actor.
Born in Syracuse, Sicily, son of Achille Majeroni and his second wife Graziosa Bignetti, he made his stage debut at age twelve with the Marazzi-Diligenti company. He later formed his own company, specializing in Shakespearean works. He appeared in 73 films between 1913 and 1964, notably Fellini's I Vitelloni, in which he played an old comedian.
He died in Rome.

France Dhélia (born Franceline Berthe Léontine Délia Benoît; November 9, 1894 – May 6, 1964) was a French film actress. Dhélia appeared in more than forty films, mostly in the silent era. Many of her appearances were in the films of the director Gaston Roudès.
