Pascal Lefèvre (born 25 January 1965 in Saint-Quentin) is a retired javelin thrower from France, who competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, but did not reach the final. He set his personal best (82.56 m) on 28 August 1989 in Duisburg, at the Summer Universiade. Lefévre was nine times French national champion in the men's javelin event (1987–1995).
Kafétien Gomis (born 23 March 1980 in Saint-Quentin, Aisne) is a French long jumper. His personal best jump is 8.24 metres, achieved in August 2010.
He finished ninth at the 2003 Summer Universiade, seventh at the 2005 Summer Universiade, fifth at the 2006 European Athletics Championships and fourth at the 2007 European Athletics Indoor Championships. He also competed in the 2004 Olympics, but failed to qualify from his qualification pool.
He came fourth at the 2009 European Athletics Indoor Championships with an indoor personal best of 8.12 metres and he represented France later that year at the 2009 World Championships in Athletics (although he did not make the final). He was knocked out in the qualification round at the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships but he excelled outdoors that season, jumping a best of 8.24 m to win the silver medal at the 2010 European Athletics Championships – his first major medal.
Julie-Marie Parmentier (born 13 June 1981) is a French actress.
She began practising theater at nine years old, in Saint-Quentin, Aisne.
At the age of fifteen, she played in her first feature film, Petites, by Noémie Lvovsky. Since then, she has worked with many important directors.
She garnered critical acclaim for her roles in films such as Les Blessures Assassines by Jean-Pierre Denis, Charly by Isild Le Besco and No et moi by Zabou Breitman. She has been nominated for the César Award for Most Promising Actress for her role in Les Blessures Assassines and for which she won a Best Actress Award at the Mar del Plata Film Festival. She has also appeared in such films as Sheitan by Kim Shapiron, Around a Small Mountain by Jacques Rivette and Les Adieux à la reine by Benoît Jacquot.
She is also a famous actress on stage. She has collaborated for more than ten years with André Engel, for who she played, among others, Cordelia in King Lear along Michel Piccoli, and Catherine in La petite Catherine de Heilbronn.
Julie-Marie worked at the Comédie-Française, where she was praised for Agnès in L'école des Femmes and Camille in On ne badine pas avec l'amour.
She won the Jean-Jacques Gauthier prize for Best Drama Actress for her monologue La séparation des songes by Jean Delabroy directed by Michel Didym.
Amédée Ozenfant (15 April 1886 – 4 May 1966) was a French cubist painter and writer. Together with Charles-Edouard Jeanneret (later known as Le Corbusier) he founded the Purist movement.
