Henning Thorvaldssøn Astrup (21 February 1904 – 7 August 1983) was a Norwegian architect.
He was born in Kristiania (now Oslo), Norway to architect Thorvald Astrup and Alfhild Ebbesen. He was a nephew of Arctic explorer Eivind, architect Henning, and merchant Sigurd Astrup.Astrup graduated from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1927. From 1932 Henning Astrup
worked in partnership with his father, Thorvald Astrup. Among his designs were industrial buildings for Norsk Hydro at Herøya, Rjukan, Notodden, Glomfjord and Kykkelsrud. He also designed the lodging facilities Skjennungstua and Kikutstua in Nordmarka and Skeikampen in Gausdal.

Marcelo Del Debbio (born September 9, 1974) is a Brazilian architect (graduated from FAU-USP) and writer, with specialization in semiotics, history of art and world religions, best known from his several works in role-playing games, comparative mythology, comparative religion, esoteric and masonic texts.

Kim Herforth Nielsen (born 1954) is a Danish architect, co-founder and principal of 3XN. He graduated from Aarhus School of Architecture in 1981 and has been a prominent figure in Danish and international architecture since then. Kim Herforth Nielsen has been at the forefront of a number of noteworthy projects, such as Ørestad College and Royal Arena in Copenhagen, the Danish Embassy in Berlin, International Olympic Committee's HQ in Lausanne and Sydney Fish Market.

Kari Irene Nissen Brodtkorb (born 1942) is a Norwegian architect and educator. Recognized as one of Norway's leading housing designers, in 1994 she was awarded the cherished Houen Foundation Award for her Stranden complex located on Oslo's Aker Brygge. Brodtkorb taught at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design in the early 1990s.

Niels August Torp (born 8 March 1940) is a Norwegian architect.
He was born in Oslo to architect Ernst Torp and Nini Augusta Butenschøn. He is a brother of Fredrik Torp, and nephew of Leif Torp and Barthold A. Butenschøn.Torp was appointed at his father and uncle's architect company Torp & Torp from 1965, and took over as leader of the company from 1974. He renamed the company to Niels Torp AS in 1984. Among his designs are offices for the companies Norsk Data, Noiseless and Fellesdata in Oslo, British Airways main office at Heathrow, the BI Norwegian Business School main campus in Oslo, parts of Aker Brygge, Smestaddammen, Vikingskipet and the Oslo Airport, Gardermoen terminal building.

Émile Nouguier (17 February 1840 – 23 November 1897) was a French civil engineer and architect. He is famous for co-designing the Eiffel Tower, built 1887–1889 for the 1889 Universal Exposition in Paris, France, the Garabit viaduct, the highest in the world at the time, near Ruynes-en-Margeride, Cantal, France, and the Faidherbe Bridge over the Sénégal River in Senegal.
In 1861 he attended and graduated the École Polytechnique in Paris, in 1862 he joined the École nationale supérieure des mines de Paris from which he graduated in 1865 with the title of mining construction engineer.

Friedrich Weinbrenner (24 November 1766 – 1 March 1826) was a German architect and city planner admired for his mastery of classical style.

Martin Elsaesser (28 May 1884 – 5 August 1957) was a German architect and professor of architecture. He is especially well known for the many churches he built.

Victor Bourgeois (29 August 1897 – 24 July 1962) was a Belgian architect and urban planner, considered the greatest Belgian modernist architect.
Bourgeois was born in Charleroi and studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels from 1914 through 1918, and was mentored by Henry van de Velde. Together with his brother Pierre Bourgeois, he founded several magazines, including 7 Arts (1922–1928).
In 1927 Bourgeois became the only Belgian invited to design a house for the Weissenhof Estate exhibition in Stuttgart, and the following year Bourgeois was a delegate to the first meeting of the Congrès international d'architecture moderne and a founding member of that organization.
He died on 24 July 1962 in Ixelles.
