Knut Rød (30 June 1900 – 19 May 1986) was a Norwegian police prosecutor responsible for the arrest, detention and transfer of Jewish men, women and children to SS troops at Oslo harbor. For these and other actions related to the Holocaust in Norway, Rød was acquitted in two highly publicized trials during the legal purge in Norway after World War II that remain controversial to this day. The trials and their outcome have since been dubbed the "strangest trial in post-war Norway."

Arne Christiansen (19 May 1926 – 23 January 2012) was a Norwegian judge.
He was born in Oslo. He enrolled in law studies in 1945, and graduated with the cand.jur. degree in 1949. He worked as a sub-director in the Ministry of Justice and the Police from 1964 to 1969, presiding judge in Eidsivating from 1970 to 1974 and as a Supreme Court Justice from 1974 to 1996. He also presided over the Norwegian Association of Judges and the International Association of Judges.He resided at Hosle. He died in 2012.
Norbert Steger (born 6 March 1944) is an Austrian lawyer and former politician for the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ). He was the FPÖ party leader from 1980 to 1986, and Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister for Trade, Commerce and Industry from 1983 to 1987.Under his leadership of the FPÖ, the party adopted a more liberal program and a less confrontational discourse. He sought to turn the party to become something of an Austrian version of the German Free Democratic Party, focusing on free market and anti-statist policies. His daughter is the National Council member Petra Steger.

Jan Frøystein Halvorsen (23 October 1928 – 6 December 2016) was a Norwegian judge.He was born in Oslo. He worked as a Supreme Court barrister from 1962, average adjuster from 1963, presiding judge in Eidsivating Court of Appeal from 1976 and as a Supreme Court Justice from 1983 to 1995. He was also a deputy member of the Labour Court of Norway.
