Anne Stevenson (January 3, 1933 – September 14, 2020) was an American-British poet and writer and recipient of a Lannan Literary Award.

Richard William Timm (March 2, 1923 – September 11, 2020) was a Catholic Priest, educator, zoologist, and development worker. He was the Superior of the Congregation of Holy Cross in Dhaka and a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Province. He was also one of the founders of Notre Dame College in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He was the 6th principal (1970 to 1972) of Notre Dame College.
Born with German ancestry from both sides on March 2, 1923, in Michigan City, Indiana, USA, Timm is the second of four siblings – elder brother Bob, who died on Okinawa in World War II, and younger sisters Mary Jo Schiel and Genevieve Gantner.

Eugene Sumner Mills (September 13, 1924 – August 18, 2020) was an American academic. He was the thirteenth President of the University of New Hampshire from 1974 to 1979. Mills attended Earlham College and Claremont Graduate University, earning a Ph.D. in psychology at the latter. He taught at Whittier College before coming to the University of New Hampshire. Mills was a member of the UNH faculty for 17 years starting in 1962 as professor and chairman for the Department of Psychology, finishing up with his presidency. Mills then went on to serve as the president of Whittier College from 1979 to 1989, and interim president of Earlham College from 1996 to 1997.
He died in August 2020 at the age of 95 in Durham, New Hampshire.The University of New Hampshire built a residence hall named Mills Hall in his honor, it was dedicated on November 7, 2002.Mills was an early board member of Elderhostel, which became the Road Scholar program, a travel based education program.

Arrigo Levi (17 July 1926 – 24 August 2020) was an Italian journalist, essayist, and television anchorman.

Gerald Douglas Hines (August 15, 1925 – August 23, 2020) was an American real estate developer based in Houston. He was the founder and chairman of Hines, a privately held real estate firm with its headquarters in that city. At the time of his death, the company had assets in 25 countries.

Duane Tatro (May 18, 1927 – August 9, 2020) was an American composer. Born in Los Angeles, he served in the United States Navy during World War II and he graduated from the University of Southern California. He became a composer for many television series, including Dynasty, The Love Boat, Barnaby Jones, M*A*S*H, Mannix, and The F.B.I..

Severino José Cavalcanti Ferreira (18 December 1930 – 15 July 2020) was a Brazilian politician, born in João Alfredo, Pernambuco. He was a member of the Progressive Party, despite having changed parties eight times in his career. He was the mayor of João Alfredo, a member of the Pernambuco State Assembly and a federal congressman.
In 2005, he ran for the presidency of Brazilian chamber of deputies, thinking that the official candidate of the Lula government, Luiz Eduardo Greenhalgh, would win. However, because of the internal crisis of the government at the time, Cavalcanti was able to take the post.On 21 September 2005, he resigned from his position as federal deputy, and his position as President of the House was taken over provisionally by the Vice-President of the House José Thomaz Nonô.In October 2008, Cavalcanti was elected as mayor of João Alfredo.

Chuck Hulse (October 3, 1927 – July 13, 2020) was an American racecar driver.
Hulse raced in the USAC Championship Car series in the 1959-1964 and 1966-1968 seasons, with 60 career starts, including the Indianapolis 500 races in 1962, 1963, 1966 and 1967. He finished in the top ten 26 times, with his best finish in 2nd position in 1963 at Phoenix and 1966 at Sacramento. Hulse stopped driving for 2 years in 1964-1966 due to vision problems caused in a sprint car accident in New Bremen, Ohio.
Hulse died on July 13, 2020, aged 92 years.

Don Marion Davis (October 9, 1917 – December 10, 2020), professionally known as John Henry Jr. and Don Marion, was an American child actor of the silent film era, who, during a brief career in show business, appeared in several feature roles and comedy shorts in Hollywood screened between 1919 and 1925. He also had uncredited parts on the radio. He was one of the last surviving actors who worked in the silent film era.

Antonio González Orozco (May 10, 1933 – June 10, 2020) was a Mexican muralist.
