Luis Alberto Monge Álvarez (December 29, 1925 – November 29, 2016) was the President of Costa Rica from 1982 to 1986. He also served as Costa Rica's first Ambassador to Israel from 1963 until 1966.

Francisco Jerónimo de Jesús Lagos Cházaro Mortero (Tlacotalpan, Veracruz, 30 September 1878 – 13 November 1932 in Mexico City) was the acting President of Mexico designated by the Convention of Aguascalientes from 10 June to 10 October 1915.

Carlos Gregorio Dávila Espinoza (September 15, 1887 – October 19, 1955), was a Chilean political figure, journalist, chairman of the Government Junta of Chile in 1932, and secretary general of the Organization of American States (OAS) from 1954 until his death in 1955.
