Stein-Erik_Mattsson

Stein-Erik Mattsson (born January 26, 1959) is a Norwegian lawyer, journalist, and comedian, and formerly the editor of Aktuell Rapport and chief editor of Alle Menn.Mattsson was born in Oslo. He worked for a while as a lawyer and had many high-profile clients, such as Varg Vikernes. He was the chairman of the Oslo and Akershus District of Curling from 1989 to 2001 and the director of the Norwegian Curling Association from 1992 to 1995 and from 2001 to 2003. Mattsson served as chief editor of the pornographic magazine Alle Menn from 1994 to 1997, and then as the editor of Aktuell Rapport, Gullrapport, and Cats Magazine from 2000 to 2003.Mattsson started the Censor-Bar Scandal (Norwegian: Pornosladd-saken) in the summer of 2002 when he handed out a free porn magazine without a censor bar in downtown Oslo and was prosecuted by the politician Lena Jensen. The result of this was that pornographic magazines and films no longer needed to be censored in Norway, and that porn movies can easily be imported and distributed.Mattsson has also worked as a comedian. Among other appearances, he performed with the comedians Herodes Falsk and Tom Mathisen in their show at Oslo Spektrum in 2001.

Espen_Giljane

Espen Giljane (born 28 February 1962 in Oslo) is a Norwegian ballet teacher and dancer. He was the Artistic Director of the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet from 2002 until 2012.
Giljane held the post of head of the ballet from August 2002 and was part of the administration of Den Norske Opera & Ballet. Since 2015 he has been a faculty member of the Juilliard School in New York City.
Giljane trained under Eva Haalke, with Den Norske Opera's ballet school (1976–78) and then at the School of American Ballet. From 1981–95 he was a dancer with the New York City Ballet.
He also danced with Makarova and Company on Broadway and in Cynthia and Fernando Live at City Center. He has been a guest teacher at the New York City Ballet since 1994, and has also taught at the Royal Swedish Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet, Finnish National Ballet, School of American Ballet, Alvin Ailey, Feld Ballets NY, Carte Blanche, Cullberg Ballet, Maggio Danza, Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Washington Ballet, Cedar Lake, Steps on Broadway, David Howard Dance Center, and Ballet Academy East.
Giljane was the 2009 recipient of the Anders Jahres kulturpris with Mari Boine and was knighted by the King of Norway in 2012.

Ellen_Kjellberg

Ellen Kjellberg (born 10 January 1948) is a Norwegian dancer. She was born in Oslo, a daughter of art historian and museologist Reidar Kjellberg. She was among the leading dancers at the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet in the 1960s and 1970s. A bronze sculpture of Kjellberg, modelled by Nina Sundbye in 1996, is located at the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet in Oslo. She was appointed Professor at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts from 2007.

Aloysius Valente (15 October 1926 – 23 March 2013) was a Norwegian dancer, choreographer and stage instructor. He was born in Oslo. He made his breakthrough in the performance Veslefrikk med fela, based on a traditional fairytale. This story was later basis for the first Norwegian dance film from 1953, where he played the title role. He later worked for a number of institutions, including Nationaltheatret, Den Nationale Scene, Det Norske Teatret and Den Norske Opera, and also produced television shows.
