Rolf_Rude

Rolf Rude (2 April 1899 – 5 November 1971) was a Norwegian painter.
He was born in Oslo as a son of photographer Ernest Rude. He is represented in the National Gallery of Norway with six paintings and several woodcuts. He chaired the Association of Norwegian Printmakers from 1953 to 1964 and Bildende Kunstneres Styre from 1964 to 1967. He resided in Bærum, later in Ullern.

Thor_Furulund

Thor Furulund (né Thore Furulund; 12 June 1943 – 16 January 2016) was a Norwegian painter.
He was born in Oslo and resided in Bærum.Furulund was educated at Beckman Skola in Stockholm, and is represented with his art works at Riksgalleriet and at the Royal Palace in Oslo.His work has been purchased, among other places, by the National Gallery in Norway, the Bærum municipality and the Royal Palace in Norway.

Terje_Moe_(painter)

Terje Moe (October 16, 1943 - February 27, 2004) was a Norwegian painter.
He studied at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry from 1963 to 1966 and at the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts from 1968 to 1969 under Reidar Aulie. The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design owns six of his works.

Anita_Greve

Anita Ruth Greve (5 August 1905 – 19 September 1972) was a Norwegian painter.
She was born in Kristiania as a daughter of Bredo Greve (1871–1931) and Finnish citizen Esther Hougberg (1878–1939). She was a niece of Ulrikke Greve.She studied at the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts from 1935 to 1936 and 1938 to 1940, and her solo debut exhibition came at Kunstnerforbundet in 1946. She also took part in Høstutstillingen twenty-five times, and was represented in collective exhibitions in other Nordic countries.During the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany Greve was imprisoned in Grini concentration camp from June 1942 to the war's end in May 1945.

Bjørn_Ransve

Bjørn Ransve (born 16 December 1944) is a Norwegian painter and graphical artist. He was born in Oslo. He is represented in several art collections, including the National Gallery of Norway, Lillehammer Art Museum and the Norwegian Museum of Contemporary Art.In 2023 he was knighted as a Commander of the Order of St. Olav. He resides at Nesøya.

Agnes_Hiorth

Agnes Hiorth (5 May 1899 – 30 November 1984) was a Norwegian painter. Her art was characterized by impressionistic broad brush and harmoniously palette of landscapes, as well as a wide range of cultivated and accurate portraits.
