Jean Deza (born 9 June 1993) is a Peruvian footballer who plays as a winger for Peruvian club Alianza Universidad.

Marisa Glave Remy (born May 16, 1981) is a Peruvian sociologist and politician. She served in the Peruvian Congress from 2016 to 2019. Previously, she was Lima City Councilwoman, and a founding member of the Earth and Freedom movement, currently named Broad Front for Justice, Liberty and Life.Glave is noted as one of the most representative political figures of the Peruvian left-wing.

Juan Bielovucic (30 July 1889 – 14 January 1949) was a Peruvian aviator who set several speed and altitude aviation records in 1910–13. He was also the first person to complete a successful powered aircraft crossing of the Alps in 1913, following a 1910 attempt by his friend Jorge Chávez that ended in a fatal crash landing. He established the first aviation school in South America in Lima, Peru. Bielovucic became a colonel of the Peruvian Aviation Corps (PAC) in 1911, joined the Service Aéronautique of the French Army as a volunteer in 1914 and earned the Legion of Honour for his service in World War I. He retired from active aviation in 1920 and returned to Peru where he became the lieutenant commander of the PAC Reserve. He was also active with the French Resistance during World War II. In Croatia, he is regarded as the first Croatian aviator.

Javier Heraud Pérez (Spanish pronunciation: [xaˈβjeɾ eˈɾawd ˈpeɾes], French pronunciation: [ʒa.vje eʁo peʁe] also /xaˈβjeɾ eʁo; 1942–1963) was a Peruvian poet and member of the Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN). In his early life he studied at Markham College and later he continued his studies at Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
In January 1963, a group led by the 21-year-old poet Javier Heraud and Alain Elías crossed through Bolivia, where they picked up weapons, and entered southern Peru. Plagued by Leishmaniasis infection however, the 15 member team decided to enter the city of Puerto Maldonado to seek out medical supplies. The local police were warned of the group's advance, and on May 15 Heraud was shot in the chest and killed while he drifted past the town in a dugout canoe.
