Knut Eidem (24 December 1918 – 12 January 2009) was a Norwegian journalist and non-fiction writer.
He was a brother of Odd Eidem. While a student at the University of Oslo, Knut Eidem was among those rounded up following the 1943 University of Oslo fire, arrested and sent to Sennheim concentration camp. He remained incarcerated here until the camp was liberated.As a writer he published a book about the fire, Aulaen brenner (1980), and also the commercial success Rui-jentene som kom til Kongen (1974), then Se deg i speilet (1975), Før vi vandrer (1981) and Cato (1983, about Cato Zahl Pedersen). His journalist career was spent in Dagbladet from 1950 to 1990. He died in January 2009.

Per Høst (5 December 1907 – 28 December 1971) was a Norwegian zoologist, film producer and non-fiction writer.

Kåre Fasting (1907–1983) was a Norwegian journalist, newspaper editor, novelist, biographer and non-fiction writer. He was a journalist for the newspaper Bergens Tidende from 1935, and edited Nidaros from 1945 to 1950. His literary début was the novel Havet gav from 1935.

Odd Eidem (23 October 1913 – 10 June 1988) was a Norwegian writer, journalist and literary critic.

Ferdinand Oscar Finne (12 October 1910 – 31 December 1999) was a Norwegian author, painter, graphic artist, theater decorator and costume designer.

Carl Frederik Prytz (23 September 1922 – 5 March 2002) was a Norwegian poet, novelist, essayist, playwright, translator, radio personality and literary critic.
He was born in Aker to civil servant Leonard Christian Prytz and painter Ellen Marie Jensen, and was nephew of goldsmith Eiler Hagerup Krog Prytz, Jr. and Fascist politician Frederik Prytz. He made his literary debut in 1945 with the poetry collection Da senker jeg mine våpen. He was literary critic for the newspaper Aftenposten from 1947 to 1955, and radio presenter for NRK from 1951 to 1955. In 1956 he published the essay collection Tretten norske lyrikere. Among his novels are De vindskeive from 1979, Mannen som hadde rett from 1982, and Skjulestedet from 1984.

Philip Rode Houm (20 April 1911 – 22 April 1990) was a Norwegian literary critic.

Erik Tangevald Diesen (8 October 1922 – 13 September 1999) was a Norwegian revue writer and radio and television personality.

Gerd Nyquist (15 March 1913 – 22 November 1984) was a Norwegian novelist and children's writer.
