Alberto Carlos Garzón Espinosa (Spanish pronunciation: [alˈβeɾto ˈkaɾlos ɣaɾˈθon espiˈnosa]; born 9 October 1985) is a Spanish former politician and economist. He was the Minister of Consumer Affairs from 2020 to 2023. He has been a member of the Communist Party of Spain (PCE) and United Left (Izquierda Unida, IU) since 2003. In the 2011 general election, he was elected as an MP within that coalition. He has been the Secretary of Constituent Process in IU from 2014 to 2016, and in 2015, he was elected as an IU candidate for that year's general election. He is a researcher at Pablo de Olavide University in Seville.

Inés_Arrimadas

Inés Arrimadas García (Spanish: [iˈnes ariˈmaðas]; born 3 July 1981) is a Spanish lawyer and former politician who served as Member of the Congress of Deputies and Spokesperson of Citizens party in the Congress. She was previously the leader of the regional branch of the party in Catalonia. In March 2020, she was voted party leader.Arrimadas was born and raised in Jerez de la Frontera. Before entering in politics she worked as a consultant. She became a member of the party in 2011 and she first started being the spokesperson of the youth section. She became an MP of the Catalan parliament after the 2012 election. She was the Leader of the Opposition in the Catalan Parliament from 2015 to 2019.

Alberto_de_Belaúnde

Alberto de Belaúnde de Cárdenas (born 20 March 1986) is a Peruvian lawyer, LGBT activist, and politician. An independent progressive caucusing with the Purple Party, he currently serves in the Peruvian Congress' complementary term 2020–2021. He previously served in the 2016–2019 term, elected under Peruvians for Change, and subsequently joining the progressive Liberal Bench.A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, de Belaúnde pursued a career in legal consultancy and as adjunct faculty at the University of the Pacific and his alma mater. During his tenure at the Peruvian Congress, he became the second openly gay congressman, and led numerous bills in favor of the LGBT community in Peru.

Javier Diez Canseco Cisneros (24 March 1948 – 4 May 2013) was a Peruvian politician and member of the Peruvian Congress representing the Socialist Party of Peru (PS), of which he was a founding member and also served as its Party President.

María_Elena_Moyano

María Elena Moyano Delgado (29 November 1958 – 15 February 1992) was an Afro-Peruvian community organizer and feminist who was assassinated by the Shining Path. She grew up in poverty in the Villa El Salvador pueblo joven, then became involved in local activism. She was twice president of FEPOMUVES (the Popular Federation of Women of Villa El Salvador) and at the time of her death was deputy mayor. Her funeral was attended by 300,000 people and resulted in a downturn in support for the Shining Path. She received the Peruvian Order of Merit posthumously.

Ronald_Gamarra_Herrera

Ronald Álex Gamarra Herrera is a Peruvian politician and lawyer specializing in human right issues. During 2008 to 2010, Gamarra was Executive Secretary of the Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos (National Coordinator for Human Rights of Peru) and one of the lawyers representing the civil parties -the families of the Barrios Altos and La Cantuta victims- in the proceedings against former president Alberto Fujimori. Between 2001 and 2004, he served as Ad Hoc Deputy Attorney General for corruption cases and human rights violations attributed to Fujimori and his principal adviser, Vladimiro Montesinos. Gamarra also participated in the process of extraditing the former president back to Peru from Chile. From 1988 to 2000, he directed the Justice Program at the Instituto de Defensa Legal (Legal Defense Institute). Gamarra Herrera writes a weekly column in the Lima daily La República and teaches at Universidad Mayor de San Marcos.
