Paul_Arne_Skajem

Paul Arne Skajem (born 1 December 1958) is a Norwegian alpine skier.
He was born in Oslo, and represented the club IL Heming. He represented Norway at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, competing in Alpine Skiing with the best result of 11th place in slalom.He later became known as an alpine skiing commentator for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation.

Torkjell_Berulfsen

Torkjell Berulfsen (born 20 January 1943) is a Norwegian television personality.
He is the son of the linguist Bjarne Berulfsen. He took his education at the University of Oslo, graduating in the English language. He worked at the University College London from 1967 to 1968, and was later an editor of a Norwegian-English dictionary. He started working for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation in 1971, and has presented many television and radio shows. He won Gullruten awards in 2002 and 2007.

Willy_Andresen

Willy Andresen (18 October 1921 – 17 June 2016) was a Norwegian jazz pianist.
He was born in Oslo, and was appointed at the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation from 1959 to 1991.He often backed singer Erik Bye during his performances in Norway and the United States. He was in charge of several of the song recordings by child star Grethe Kausland, and composed the melody of Otto Nielsen's song "Pappa'n til Tove Mette".

Oddvar_Stenstrøm

Oddvar Stenstrøm (born 5 March 1946) is a Norwegian journalist and former host of the TV2 debate program Holmgang.
Stenstrøm has worked in a number of different journals and news channels, including the local newspaper Akers Avis/Groruddalens Budstikke, the national tabloids Dagbladet and Verdens Gang (the latter as head of foreign news) and as news editor for Aftenposten.
In television media, Stenstrøm has had several jobs for NRK between 1975 and 1987, and for TV2 from 1992. For NRK he has been the Washington D.C. correspondent, and head of the editorial board for the news broadcasts. For TV2 Stenstrøm was the editorial project leader from 1991 to 1992, before becoming Washington correspondent in 1997. He took over the Holmgang program after Nils Gunnar Lie in 1998, and held that until the program was shut down in 2008.As host for Holmgang, Stenstrøm was frequently under fire for what was perceived as frequently oversimplified topics, a genre viewed to favor the Progress Party. Among the criticisms were allegations from electoral researcher Frank Aarebrot that the program promoted racism, an allegation Stenstrøm strongly denounced. In an interview before Holmgang was over, Stenstrøm pointed out that one of the programs had been on the needed work foreigners do, titled "Uten innvandrere stopper Norge" ("Without foreigners, Norway stops").

Terje_Sølsnes

Terje Egilsønn Sølsnes (born 10 March 1945) is a Norwegian television personality.
He hails from Uranienborg and took secondary education at Oslo Commerce School, and worked in Bankenes Betalingssentral before applying for a job as continuity announcer in the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation in 1979. He was hired, and held this job for decades. He also had other engagements in the same channel, including a children's show named Hjemme hos meg (1988) and a breakfast show Frokost-TV. He also had the radio music show Musikk for deg, kanskje for meg? in the 1980s.Sølsnes also had his own company Sølsnes Arrangementer through which he was hired as a master of ceremonies at different events. He has also appeared in stage musicals.

John_Andreassen

John Andreassen (born 26 August 1943, in Oslo) is a Norwegian television producer who has been behind a number of TV productions for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation. He was in 2000 the country's only teacher of Multi-Camera Production and has taught at Lillehammer University College. He has been with the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation since 1964.Andreassen has produced TV programmes including Den store klassefesten, LørDan and Lørdagsredaksjonen.
As well as TV productions, he also produced the opening ceremonies for the 1994 Winter Olympics, the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 1997 in Trondheim, the opening of Gardermoen in 1998, Eurovision Song Contest in 1986 and the Millennium Show at Rådhusplassen in Oslo.

Nina_Owing

Nina Owing (born 1958) is a Norwegian news anchor.
She was hired by the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and presented their main newscast, Dagsnytt. In 1992 she was hired as head journalist of the television newscast, Dagsrevyen. In 1994 she became presenter of the Saturday edition which includes feature journalism, Lørdagsrevyen, and in 1995 she became a regular news anchor of Dagsrevyen. She also presented political debate shows; from 2005 to 2007 Standpunkt—and the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation's election night coverage.

Nils_Kristian_Heyerdahl

Nils Kristian Heyerdahl (born 11 April 1941) is a Norwegian historian of ideas, theatre director and non-fiction writer. He was theatre director of Radioteatret in the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation from 1991 to 2011, and is President of the Norwegian Academy from 2011.
