Paul-Laurent-Jean-Louis_Mazé

Paul-Laurent-Jean-Louis Mazé, SS.CC. (1885–1976) was Archbishop, and later Archbishop Emeritus of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Papeete, French Polynesia.
Born on 4 April 1885 in Pleyben, France, he was ordained a priest in the order of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary on 25 September 1910, aged 25. The Principal Consecrator was Bishop Pierre-Marie-David Le Cadre, SS.CC.
On 8 November 1938, aged 53, he was appointed as Vicar Apostolic of Tahiti, French Polynesia, and as Titular Bishop of Ascalon and ordained on 30 April 1939.
On 21 June 1966, aged 81, he was appointed Archbishop, retiring on 5 March 1973, aged 87, and became Archbishop Emeritus. He died on 21 December 1976, aged 91.

Michel-Marie-Bernard_Calvet

Michel-Marie Bernard Calvet S.M. (born 3 April 1944 in Autun, France) is the French-born New Caledonian Archbishop. He has served as the Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Nouméa from since his appointment on 19 June 1981. He also served as the Titular bishop of the Diocese of Nigrae Maiores.
Calvert was ordained as a Catholic priest in the Society of Mary on 28 April 1973.On 4 July 1979 Calvert was appointed as an Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Nouméa, based in Nouméa, New Caledonia. He was simultaneously appointed the titular bishop on Nigrae Maiores on the same day.Michel-Marie Calvet was appointed the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Nouméa on 19 June 1981. He continued to serve as Archbishop as of 2010.

Jean-Jérôme_Adam

Jean-Jérôme Adam (8 June 1904 – 11 July 1981) was the French Roman Catholic archbishop of Libreville, Gabon, and an accomplished linguist who studied several of the languages of Gabon.
He was born at Wittenheim in Alsace and educated in the seminaries of the Holy Ghost Fathers. He arrived in Gabon on 29 September 1929, and spent the next 18 years as a missionary in the Haut-Ogooué Province. During that time he prepared grammars for the Mbédé, Ndumu, and Duma languages.
In 1947, Adam was appointed Vicar Apostolic of Libreville and bishop of the titular see of Rhinocorura; he became bishop of Libreville when it was elevated to a diocese in 1955, and he was made archbishop of the see in 1958. He retired in 1969 and moved to Franceville, where he died in 1981.
