Royner Grover Navarro Calle (born 1 August 1992) is a Peruvian road cyclist, who currently rides for Peruvian amateur team Ciclismo Extremo Peruano. He was selected to compete in the road race at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Diego Elías Chehab (born November 19, 1996, in Lima) is a squash player who represents Peru. In April 2023, he reached a ranking of number 1 in the world, the first South American player in squash history to do so.

Miguel_Mena

Jose Miguel Mena Rodriguez (November 6, 1986 – October 31, 2021) was a Peruvian-born American jockey in Thoroughbred horse racing who had been competing in the United States from 2003 until his death. He won his 2,000th race in 2020. He was from a Peruvian family involved in horse racing. His father Jose is a retired jockey.
Mena's first horse racing related memory was of Grozny winning the Derby Nacional.Mena won two Grade 1 races in his career, and in 2015 he swept the major three-year-old stakes races at the Fair Grounds aboard International Star.Mena was killed on October 31, 2021, when he was struck by the driver of a vehicle as a pedestrian on Interstate 64 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Carlos_Zegarra_(judoka)

Carlos Erick Zegarra Presser (born September 1, 1984 in Lima) is a Peruvian judoka, who played for the heavyweight category. He won a bronze medal for his division at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Zegarra stands 2.08 metres (6 ft 10 in) tall and weighs 165 kilograms (364 lb).
Zegarra represented Peru at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he competed for the men's heavyweight class (+100 kg). He defeated Argentina's Sandro López in the second preliminary round, before losing out his next match, by an ippon and a yoko shiho gatame, to Cuban judoka and Pan American Games champion Óscar Brayson. Because his opponent advanced further into the semi-finals, Zegarra offered another shot for the bronze medal by entering the repechage rounds. Unfortunately, he was defeated in the first repechage bout by Lebanon's Rudy Hachache, who successfully scored a waza-ari awasete ippon (two full points) and a soto makikomi (outer wraparound), at one minute and fifty-five seconds.

Francisco Boza (born 19 September 1964) is a Peruvian sport shooter and Olympic medalist. He won a silver medal in trap shooting at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and came fourth four years later.

Roberto_Carcelen

Roberto Carcelen (born September 8, 1970), is a Peruvian-American cross-country skier, who competed at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics for Peru. He was the first Peruvian person ever to compete at the Winter Olympics. He had learned the sport from his American wife.At the 2010 Olympics, he competed in the 15 kilometre freestyle race, and placed 94th out of 95.Carcelen qualified again in 2013 for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. He competed in the 15 kilometre classical race, although he broke a rib during training, and finished last out of 87 competitors who finished the race.Carcelen is the founder and executive director of The Roberto Carcelen Foundation.
