Charles Alfred Huntley-Robertson (born Carlos Alfredo Huntley Robertson; 23 March 1908 – 1982) was a British-Argentine rugby union player. He was the Captain of Los Pumas in 1932.

John Holloway Cushman (October 3, 1921 – November 8, 2017) was a lieutenant general in the United States Army.Cushman was born in Tianjin, China while his father, Horace Oscar Cushman, was serving in the 15th Infantry.He was a 1944 graduate of the United States Military Academy. While at West Point, Cushman played for the Army Black Knights men's soccer program, where he was named a second-team All-American in 1943.In 1963 Colonel Cushman served as adviser to the Army of the Republic of Vietnam 23rd Division in the Mekong Delta.He commanded the I Corps in the Western sector of Korea's Demilitarized Zone from 1976 to 1978. He also commanded the 101st Airborne Division from 1972 to 1973. he died in Washington D.C from a stroke on November 8 2017 at age 96

O.D. Hopkins (1926, Beijing–April 3, 2010) was the founder of the amusement ride manufacturing firm O.D. Hopkins Associates Inc. Hopkins' family moved from Beijing to New Jersey when he was two years old. He first worked as a farmer, then in logging and road and bridge contracting, then in pre-poured concrete].Hopkins incorporated Hopkins Engineering in 1962 and from 1962 to 1964 operated as a general contractor installing ski lifts for J.A. Roebling & Sons of Trenton, New Jersey. In 1965 Hopkins purchased the ski lift division and all the related assets from Roebling & Sons. Business improved after a competitor, Universal Design Ltd., discontinued manufacturing Sky Rides, and their customers turned to Hopkins Engineering for parts. Hopkins' first customer in the amusement business was Charles Wood of Storytown USA who owned a Universal Design ski lift and contracted Hopkins to provide parts and maintenance. In 1969 Hopkins sold his first Sky Glider chairlift to Paragon Park in Massachusetts. In 1971 Hopkins changed the name of his company to O.D. Hopkins Associates Inc.
O.D. Hopkins had a long business relationship and friendship with Paul Roads of Wonderland Park (Texas), which currently operates eight Hopkins rides, many of them prototypes, including Hopkins' first flume, first Sky Rider (monorail), first Rapids Ride, and first Roller Coaster.Hopkins retired in 1991.

Kenneth H. Wood, Jr. (November 5, 1917 – May 25, 2008) was a Seventh-day Adventist minister, author and editor. Since 1980 he served as chairman of the Ellen G. White Estate board of trustees. By virtue of this position he also served as an ex officio member of the General Conference Executive Committee.

James Moffatt (4 July 1870, Glasgow – 27 June 1944, New York City) was a Scottish theologian and graduate of the University of Glasgow.Moffatt trained at the Free Church College, Glasgow, and was a practising minister at the United Free Church in Dundonald in the early years of his career. He received the degree Doctor of Divinity from the University of St Andrews in April 1902.In 1911, he was appointed Professor of Greek and New Testament Exegesis at Mansfield College, Oxford, but he returned to Glasgow in 1915 as Professor of Church History at the United Free Church College. From 1927 to 1939, he was Washburn Professor of Church History at the Union Theological Seminary, New York. In addition, he translated a Modern English Bible translation, the Moffatt, New Translation (MNT).

Marcia Jean Hafif (née Woods; August 15, 1929 – April 17, 2018) was an American painter born in Pomona, California.
Her work has been associated with the Radical Painting Group, an artist collective focused on abstraction and active during the 1970s and 1980s, which she formed together with Joseph Marioni, Olivier Mosset, and Erik Saxon.

Paul Ivano, ASC (May 13, 1900 – April 9, 1984), was a Serbian–French–American cinematographer whose career stretched from 1920 into the late 1960s. Born Paul Ivano Ivanichevitch, to Serbian parents in Nice, France, he served for two years with the Franco–American Ambulance Corps and the American Red Cross Ambulance Corps from 1916 to 1918. After the conclusion of World War I, he remained in the Balkans, acting as a photographer and interpreter for the American Red Cross. He arrived in the United States in 1919, and moved to California, the following year. In 1947 he was the cameraman who made the first aerial helicopter shots for an American feature film in Nicholas Ray's film noir They Live by Night.

Louis Réard (French pronunciation: [lwi ʁeaʁ]; 10 October 1896 – 16 September 1984) was a French automobile engineer and clothing designer who introduced the modern two-piece bikini in July 1946. He opened a bikini shop and ran it for the next 40 years.
