Christian_Escoudé

Christian Escoudé (born 1947) is a French Gypsy jazz guitarist.
He grew up in Angoulême and is of Romani descent on his father's side. His father was also a guitarist who was influenced by Django Reinhardt. When Escoudé was ten, his father began teaching him the guitar, and he became a professional musician at age fifteen. His style is a mix of bebop and gypsy jazz influences, featuring the use of vibrato, portamento, and fast runs.He started work in a trio with Aldo Romano in 1972. By the 1980s, he was in John Lewis's quartet. He also played with Philip Catherine for a time. In his forties, he signed with the French division of Verve Records.

Médéric_Collignon

Médéric Collignon (born 6 July 1970 in Villers-Semeuse, Ardennes) is a French jazz vocalist, cornettist and saxhorn player.
He learnt to play the trumpet at the age of five, became a pupil at the Conservatoire de Charleville-Mézières in 1984, and gained his diploma at the Conservatoire de Nancy in 1989. In 2009 he was awarded the Django Reinhardt prize by the Académie du Jazz.He has been influenced by various genres, including funk, hard rock, jazz-rock and the music of Olivier Messiaen.

Kari Svendsen (born 5 September 1950) is a Norwegian singer, banjo player and revue artist. She was born in Oslo, and has been married to singer-songwriter Lillebjørn Nilsen.She was a co-founder and member of the band Christiania Fusel & Blaagress from 1968. Among her later albums are Kari Svendsen from 1978, Solskinn og sang from 1982, and Kari går til filmen from 1991.She received the Medal of St. Hallvard in 2011.
