Gilda Galán (January 16, 1917 – June 21, 2009) was a Puerto Rican actress, comedian, writer, composer, scriptwriter and poet. The veteran actress, whose career spanned decades, enjoyed one of the longest careers in the history of the Puerto Rican entertainment industry.

Luis_Vigoreaux

Luis Vigoreaux Rivera (April 12, 1928 – January 17, 1983) was a Puerto Rican radio and television show host, announcer, comedian and producer. Vigoreaux was considered a pioneer in the television business in Puerto Rico, and enjoyed success with several radio and television shows throughout his career.
Vigoreaux was brutally murdered on January 17, 1983. His wife, Lydia Echevarría, was convicted in 1986 of planning the murder, along with hitmen Papo Newman and David López-Watts.

Yiye_Ávila

José Joaquín Ávila Portalatín (September 11, 1925 – June 28, 2013), better known as Yiye Ávila, was a Puerto Rican Pentecostal Evangelist and writer of Sephardic origins. His preaching and messages were characterized in proclaiming that the coming of Christ is imminent. He is considered one of the most influential Protestant preachers of the Spanish language. He was also the second runner-up for Mr. North America in 1953.

Benito_de_Jesús

Benito de Jesús Born on October 25, 1912, in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, was a legendary Puerto Rican songwriter of romantic ballads, including "Nuestro Juramento", "La copa rota", "Sigamos pecando". He was also founder of the group Trio Vegabajeño.He died on June 24, 2010, at the age of 97 at Auxilio Mutuo Hospital in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.
