Joël Marc Abati (born 25 April 1970) is a French handball player who has played ten years for SC Magdeburg in Germany until 2007. After returning to France and playing two years for Montpellier HB he ended his professional career in 2009, having won numerous prizes for his clubs and his country. In November 2019 he signed as trainer for the Belgian club Sporting Pelt.With France national team he is Olympic champion in 2008, World champion in 2001 and 2009 and European champion in 2006.

Jimmy Julien Briand (born 2 August 1985) is a French former professional footballer. He started his career as a striker, but was later used as a winger, playing in Ligue 1 for Rennes, Lyon, Guingamp and Bordeaux, as well as in the Bundesliga with Hannover 96 in a professional career lasting 20 years.
A graduate of the Clairefontaine academy, Briand was a France youth international at U21 level, and later made five appearances for the France senior national team from 2008 to 2012, making his debut on 11 October 2008 against Romania.
