Richard Wayne "Dick" Clark (May 9, 1933 – October 5, 2019) was an American politician in the state of Florida.
Clark was born in San Antonio, Texas. He moved to Florida at the age of four and later attended Loyola University, where he was a member of Upsilon Beta Lambda. He served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1968 to 1976 as a Democrat. He also served as Majority Leader of the Florida House of Representatives towards the end of his term.
He was a general contractor by profession. He was the brother of Miami mayor Stephen P. Clark. Clark died on October 5, 2019.

Glenn H. Kothmann (born c. 1928) was a San Antonio, Texas politician. He represented Bexar County as a Democrat in the Texas House of Representatives and Texas Senate for 26 years between 1957 and 1987. Kothmann is a 1950 graduate from Texas A&M University, where he was a varsity athlete.

Gregorio "Gregory" Luna
(17 November 1932 – 6 November 1999) was a San Antonio, Texas politician who served as a Democrat in both the Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate for the 14 years from 1985 to 1999. While in the legislature, Luna was considered to be a "champion of education". He was also one of the founders of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and served four terms as board chair.
