Founded in 2010 by Travis Stevens, Snowfort Pictures is a boutique film production company specializing in the development, financing and production of commercial genre films.
The company's first production was Adam Wingard's A Horrible Way To Die which premiered at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival and was immediately picked up for theatrical distribution by Anchor Bay Entertainment. The film won jury awards for Best Actor (AJ Bowen), Best Actress (Amy Seimetz) and Best Screenplay (Simon Barrett) at the 2010 Fantastic Fest and went on to play numerous festivals around the world.
Additional Snowfort productions include Adam Wingard's "What Fun We Were Having: 4 Stories About Date Rape" that premiered at the 2011 Fantasia Film Festival, the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival and AFI Film Fest entry "All In All", The Butcher Brothers "The Thompsons" (an international co-production with Lionsgate UK), Frank Pavich's 2013 Cannes Film Festival entry Jodorowsky's Dune (an international co-production with Koch Media in Germany and Camera One in France), SXSW 2012 hit The Aggression Scale from director Steven C. Miller, the SXSW 2013 hit Big Ass Spider! from director Mike Mendez, the SXSW 2013 Audience Award Winner, 2013 Boston Underground Film Festival Director's Choice Award Winner "Cheap Thrills" from director E.L. Katz, Ravi Dhar's arthouse action film "American Muscle", the Hollywood Cult tale Starry Eyes from directors Dennis Widmyer and Kevin Kolsch (a co-production with MPI/Dark Sky Films), and 2015 SXSW breakout We Are Still Here from writer/director Ted Geoghegan.
Other collaborations with female filmmakers such as Karyn Kusama ("XX"), Sarah Adina Smith ("Buster's Mal Heart"), and Bethany Brooke Anderson "Burning Kentucky") have found critical and commercial success around the world.

Hyman Hirsh (October 11, 1911, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – November 1961, Paris, France), was an American photographer and experimental filmmaker. He is regarded as a visual music filmmaker, as well as one of the first filmmakers to use electronic imagery (filmed oscilloscope patterns) in a film.

Javier Fuentes-León is a Peruvian film director based in Los Angeles and best known for his directorial long-feature debut Undertow (Spanish title Contracorriente) that starred Cristian Mercado as Miguel, a fisherman who is torn between his love for his pregnant wife Mariela played by Tatiana Astengo and a painter artist Santiago played by Manolo Cardona.
The film, a co-production between Peru, Colombia, France and Germany, was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in the Dramatic category at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and actually won the World Cinema Audience Award . It also won the Sebastiane Award at the San Sebastián International Film Festival.
Fuentes-León was born in Peru and graduated from Medical School in Peru, but made a radical change by moving to Los Angeles in 1994 to pursue a career in film directing by studying for a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). His thesis film, Espacios won the National Award for Short Films from the Peruvian government in 1997. He also wrote a theatrical piece Mr. Clouds in 2000, which the National Theater of Peru considered among the best of the year and published it in the compilation Dramaturgia Nacional 2000.
In the following years, Fuentes-León worked as the lead writer for reality TV shows at the Telemundo in the U.S., subtitled films from major Hollywood studios into Spanish, and worked as an editor of commercials and TV shows, including Rachael Ray's Tasty Travels for the Food Network, while focusing on his own writing and directing projects.
His second short Géminis premiered at Outfest in 2004 and screened at various international film festivals.
Currently, Fuentes-León is developing various projects including The Woman Who Feared the Sun (based on his play Mr. Clouds) and Sinister, a rock musical set in a restrictive society of the near future, for which Fuentes-León is writing the music as well.

Ricardo Morán Vargas (born 17 March 1974) is a Peruvian television and stage producer and director.

Ricardo "Ricky" Tosso Febres (February 21, 1960 – September 11, 2016) was a Peruvian actor born in Arequipa.He started acting when he was 4 years old and appeared on many Peruvian TV shows during his career. He is the son of Ricardo Tosso, a well-known Peruvian actor and Angélica Febres.His TV program Teatro desde el Teatro has become a classic of Peruvian television. In 2010 he appeared in the play El Enfermo Imaginario. On 11 September 2016, he died at the age of 56 from cancer.

Willie Aames (born Albert William Upton; July 15, 1960) is an American actor, film and television director, television producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for playing Tommy Bradford, one of the children of Tom Bradford (played by Dick Van Patten), on the 1970s television series Eight Is Enough, TJ Latimer in Family, Buddy Lembeck on the 1980s sitcom Charles in Charge, and the title character in the direct-to-video series Bibleman (1995–2003). He is also credited as Willie Ames.

Albert Victor Adamson Jr. (July 25, 1929 – June 21, 1995) was an American filmmaker and actor known as a prolific director of B-grade horror and exploitation films throughout the 1960s and 1970s.
The son of silent film stars Victor Adamson and Dolores Booth, Adamson began his career in the film industry at a young age and began directing in the early 1960s, helming a total of 33 feature films. Many of his films, such as Psycho A-Go-Go, Blood of Ghastly Horror, and Dracula vs. Frankenstein, went on to gain cult status. He cast his wife, actress and singer Regina Carrol, in many of his films.
Adamson retired from filmmaking in the early 1980s to pursue a career in real estate. In 1995, he was murdered by a live-in contractor whom he had hired to work on his house, and he was subsequently buried beneath the floor in his bathroom. Adamson's death and the subsequent trial led to renewed publicity, and was the subject of several true crime television documentaries.
