Dean Cooley (born January 4, 1934) is a former member of the Arizona House of Representatives. He served in the House from January 1997 through January 2003, serving district 21.: vii : viii–ix : viii–ix 

Wayne L. Gardner (born May 19, 1947) is a former member of the Arizona House of Representatives. He served in the House from January 1999 through January 2001, representing district 29.: viii–ix  He did not run for re-election in 2000.

Donald William Strauch, Jr. (April 8, 1926 – January 11, 2016), known as Don Strauch, was an American politician. He served as mayor of Mesa, Arizona, from 1980 to 1984. He had previously served on the Mesa City Council since 1972.Born in Iowa and raised in Arizona, Don was the only son and eldest child of three siblings born to Donald W. Strauch, Sr. and Mary Strauch. He served in World War II with the United States Army. After the war, Strauch attended Babson College, Phoenix College, and Arizona State University.Strauch was the president of Strauchs' Stationers, Inc. He served as a Republican in the Arizona House of Representatives for district 29 in Mesa until his defeat in 1988 in a primary. Strauch died in Scottsdale, Arizona, from complication from a fall on January 11, 2016, at the age of 89. He was survived by his wife, daughter and extended family.

Joe Hart (May 8, 1944 – September 11, 2022) was an American politician who served as the 11th State Mine Inspector of Arizona (2007–2021) and as a Member of the Arizona House of Representatives representing Arizona's 2nd Legislative District (1992–2001). He was a member of the Republican Party.

Franklin M. Pratt (August 27, 1942 – September 21, 2021) was an American politician who served as a Republican member of the Arizona State Senate. He had previously been a member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 8. Pratt served consecutively from January 2009 until January 14, 2013, in the District 23 seat.

Franklin Lars "Jake" Flake (August 4, 1935 – June 8, 2008) was an American politician who served as a Senator in the Arizona State Legislature from 2005 until his death. Previous to his term as State Senator, he served as a Representative in the Arizona Legislature, including a stint as Speaker of the House.
