Jacoba Adriana Hollestelle (16 January 1937 – 7 April 2002), known professionally as Conny Vandenbos, was a popular Dutch singer. She had her first radio hit in 1966 and continued to make hit recordings throughout the 1970s. She represented the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 1965 with the song "'t Is genoeg".
Stein-Erik Mattsson (born January 26, 1959) is a Norwegian lawyer, journalist, and comedian, and formerly the editor of Aktuell Rapport and chief editor of Alle Menn.Mattsson was born in Oslo. He worked for a while as a lawyer and had many high-profile clients, such as Varg Vikernes. He was the chairman of the Oslo and Akershus District of Curling from 1989 to 2001 and the director of the Norwegian Curling Association from 1992 to 1995 and from 2001 to 2003. Mattsson served as chief editor of the pornographic magazine Alle Menn from 1994 to 1997, and then as the editor of Aktuell Rapport, Gullrapport, and Cats Magazine from 2000 to 2003.Mattsson started the Censor-Bar Scandal (Norwegian: Pornosladd-saken) in the summer of 2002 when he handed out a free porn magazine without a censor bar in downtown Oslo and was prosecuted by the politician Lena Jensen. The result of this was that pornographic magazines and films no longer needed to be censored in Norway, and that porn movies can easily be imported and distributed.Mattsson has also worked as a comedian. Among other appearances, he performed with the comedians Herodes Falsk and Tom Mathisen in their show at Oslo Spektrum in 2001.
Vilhelm Lund, sometimes credited as Wilhelm Lund (April 7, 1900 – January 7, 1982), was a Norwegian actor.Lund was primarily a theater actor. After a study visit to Oxford in 1919 and preparatory studies, he made his theatrical debut in Frank Wedekind's 1891 drama Spring Awakening. He performed at the experimental Intimate Theater (Norwegian: Intimteatret) in 1922, during the one season it was active. From 1924 to 1934 he was at the Central Theater, the Norwegian Theater, and Søilen Theater. After a pause from 1934 to 1945, he was again engaged with the Norwegian Theater in 1945.
Lund's film debut was in 1926 in Rasmus Breistein's Brudeferden i Hardanger. He appeared sporadically in films and on television until 1980, and he played twelve different roles altogether.
Around 1949, he took a break from the Norwegian Theater, during which he toured Europe with the dance troupe of the Indian dancer Ram Gopal. Lund also ran a small farm for a year and spent time in London before appearing at various Norwegian theaters, including the Rogaland Theater, People's Theater, Norwegian National Opera, and NRK's Television Theater, where he remained for a time. From 1964 to 1977 he performed several roles at the National Theater.Lund was married first to the actress Dagmar Myhrvold (1898–1972), and then in 1934 to Kathleen Austin (1917–1957). His daughter Anne Mari (born 1929) published the travelogue Ferden til Shigaraki (Journey to Shigaraki). His second daughter, Trini Lund (born 1951), became an actress. In 1963, Lund married Nancy Austin (1914–1990).
Gregers Winther Wulfsberg Gram (15 December 1917 – 13 November 1944) was a Norwegian resistance fighter and saboteur. A corporal and later second lieutenant in the Norwegian Independent Company 1 (Norwegian: Kompani Linge) during the Second World War, he was killed in 1944.
Reidar Djupedal (March 22, 1921 – July 29, 1989) was a professor of North Germanic languages and literature at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Djupedal was born in Oslo. After graduating from the English program at Firda Upper Secondary School in Sandane in 1941, Djupedal studied at the University of Oslo until the fall of 1943. He was arrested on November 30 that year and sent to the Buchenwald concentration camp as one of the approximately 650 male students at the University of Oslo interned in German prison camps during the Second World War II from December 1943 to liberation in May 1945 and known as the "German students" (Norwegian: Tysklandsstudentene). He returned home in the spring of 1945 and resumed his studies at the University of Oslo, and in 1950 he received a degree in historical linguistics with a dissertation titled Noko om Ivar Aasen i åra 1840–60 (Ivar Aasen in the Years 1840–1860).In 1950 and 1951 he worked on the Norsk Ordbok (Norwegian Dictionary). From 1951 to 1956 he taught Norwegian at the University of Copenhagen and in Aarhus, and from 1962 to 1969 he taught Nordic linguistics at the University of Bergen. In 1969 he became a professor at the Norwegian College of General Sciences, remaining in this position until he retired in 1988.
Djupedal is especially known for his work on Ivar Aasen; among other things, he published Aasen's letters and diaries in three volumes, and together with Johannes Gjerdåker he also published Aasen's Norske ordsprog (Norwegian Proverbs) and wrote a long afterword for the work. Djupedal's Aasen collection is kept at the Ivar Aasen Documentation Center (Norwegian: Aasentunet) in Ørsta.Djupedal also wrote extensively about Faroese, Aasmund Olavsson Vinje, the literary magazine Dølen, and Norwegian folk tales and poetry. He also worked to give Olea Crøger the attention he thought she deserved in efforts to collect Norwegian folk tales.

Nina Frisak (born 28 November 1950) is a Norwegian judge and civil servant. She was the Secretary to the Government from 2001 to 2016.She was born in Oslo. She graduated from the University of Oslo with the cand.jur. degree in 1977, and was a lawyer's trainee in London from 1977 to 1978 and in Oslo from 1979 to 1981. She then worked as an assistant secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and the Police from 1981 to 1988. From 1988 to 1991 she was a lawyer in the Nordisk Defence Club. She was then a presiding judge in Eidsivating Court of Appeal from 1991 to 1995, went back to the bureaucracy as deputy under-secretary of state in the Norwegian Office of the Prime Minister from 1995 to 2000, and then became a judge again; a Supreme Court Justice from 2000 to 2001.In 2001 she was hired as permanent under-secretary of state in the Office of the Prime Minister, succeeding Bjørn T. Grydeland. This particular position was not called permanent under-secretary; rather Secretary General at the Office of the Prime Minister, but in November 2001 the name was changed to Secretary to the Government (Norwegian: regjeringsråd). The position is the highest-ranking civil servant position in Norway, and entails, besides leading the Office of the Prime Minister, to lead the secretariat of the entire Council of State. The first woman to hold this position, Frisak has been ranked among Norway's most powerful women on numerous occasions. The position is non-partisan.
Frisak is also the chancellor for the committee that awards the Royal Norwegian Order of St. Olav. She was decorated as a Commander with Star of the Order in 2004. Frisak is holds the Grand Cross (First Class) of the Estonian Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana.
She is married to former organizational leader Øystein Dahle.

More than 3 million copies of his novels had been sold in Norway as of March 2014, and he had sold over 50 million copies worldwide by 2021, making him the most successful Norwegian author of all time. His work has been translated into more than 50 languages.
Known primarily for his crime novels featuring Inspector Harry Hole, Nesbø is also the main vocalist and songwriter for the Norwegian rock band Di Derre. In 2007 he released his first children's book, Doktor Proktors Prompepulver (English translation: Doctor Proctor's Fart Powder). The 2011 film Headhunters is based on Nesbø's novel Hodejegerne (The Headhunters).
Søren Carl Theodor Marius Sørensen (24 July 1893 in Altona, Hamburg, Germany – 12 September 1979 in Copenhagen, Denmark) was a Danish landscape architect who is considered to be one of the greatest landscape architects of the 20th century. A contemporary of Thomas Church, Geoffrey Jellicoe and Luis Barragán he was a leading figure in the first generation of Modernists in landscape design. He is best known for designing the first Adventure playground (in partnership with Hans Dragehjelm) in Emdrup, Copenhagen.
Lars Einar Nordrum (October 28, 1921 – January 25, 1973) was a Norwegian theater and film actor. He is especially remembered for acting the voice of Jennings (Norwegian: Stompa) in a series of Norwegian radio plays in the 1950s and 1960s.
